How Do I Join As A Member?

You can join as a Member online, in person at the Ticket Office (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm) or over the phone on 0844 847 1863. Memberships can also be purchased through a paper application, which you can ask for from the Ticket Office on 02380 475 606 (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm).

How Much Does Membership Cost?

Prices for 2017 Membership vary depending on the category of Membership and the admission rights associated with them. Our Junior Membership offering (Zooters) is available for just £25, whilst all Adult Membership categories carry a £10 discount for those residing outside of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or those aged over 60.

How Do I Enquire About Wheelchair Membership?

For more information or to purchase a Wheelchair Membership please contact our Membership Team via 02380 475606 (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm) or membership@ageasbowl.com. If emailing, please attach any form of higher or middle disability allowance whilst specifying your requirements.

I've Joined As A Member, When Will I Receive My Membership Pack?

For those joining/renewing their Membership early; Membership packs will be sent out in early to mid-March and will contain all the relevant information regarding the season ahead. For Memberships purchased after this point; packs will be sent out the same week. For Memberships purchased in person, packs will be compiled while you wait.

I'm Renewing My Membership, Will I Require A New Membership Card?

If you are renewing your Membership, your Membership card will be automatically updated before the start of the season, and thus you can retain your previous card. If you are renewing but changing your Membership category a new card will be enclosed with your Membership pack.

I No Longer Use My Membership, Can I Obtain A Refund?

Unfortunately not, there isn't a refund option for Memberships not being utilised.

I'm A Member But Can't Remember My Online Login Details - What Should I Do?

You won't need to create an account, please contact the Membership Team via 02380 475606 (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm) or membership@ageasbowl.com. Alternatively, if it's just your username you're unsure of, it will always be your email address.

Where Can I Sit On Matchdays?

Hampshire Members have reserved seating, in front of the pavilion and behind the bowler's arm, in blocks A, B, X and W. What's more, all Members have access to the pavilion's Roof Terrace for Specsavers County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup Matches. Executive Club and Premium Plus Members also have access to seating on the Roof Terrace for NatWest T20 Blast matches.

Are There Any Areas Just Reserved For Members On Matchdays?

For all domestic matches, the Rod Bransgrove pavilion's Derek Shackleton Bar is reserved purely for Hampshire Members. The Robin Smith Suite is reserved on all domestic matchdays for Executive Club Members.

Can Someone Else Use My Membership Card If I Cannot Attend A Match?

Unfortunately not, Membership cards are only valid for use by the person named on the card. The only exception to this rule is with Executive Club Membership, which is transferable and can be used by any number of people within a season.

Are There Any Discounts Available On Membership?

There is a £10 concession discount on all Adult Memberships (excluding Executive Club) for those aged over 60 or those residing outside of Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. 

Is Car Parking Included With My Membership?

Car parking is only included with Executive Club Membership. All other Members are able to purchase a seasonal car parking pass (to cover all Hampshire's home domestic matches) for £90 and they are available to purchase here.

I've Lost My Membership Card, What Should I Do?

Please contact the Membership Team to arrange a replacement. Please note, a £10 fee will be charged for any replacement Membership cards requested.

I've Lost My Membership Card Holder, What Should I Do?

Members who have mislaid their original card holder may collect a new one from the Ticket and Membership Office free of charge.
