Bransgore Cricket Club Recognised with Clubmark 

The club received their Clubmark plaque during Hampshire's Royal London One-Day Cup match against Lancashire

Bransgore Cricket Club have been recognised as a club which prioritises junior development, creating a benchmark for high quality community club cricket.

Thanks are due to our clubmark officer Neal Williams for all his hard work, the culmination of three years’ effort, which will help the club go on to greater things. We set up our junior section back in 1997 and now have three adult teams, a thriving junior section including girls cricket. We are indebted to community support from Bransgore Parish Council and Bransgore Rotary.

Bransgore’s juniors showed off their skills on the The Ageas Bowl pitch before receiving their Clubmark plaque during Hampshire’s Royal London One-Day Cup game with Lancashire Lightning.

Hampshire Cricket Board is delighted to award Clubmark to Bransgore Cricket Club. We look forward to working even more closely with them in the coming years and supporting their continued development.

To achieve clubmark status, cricket clubs are required to present evidence and demonstrate implementation and impact across four different themes, reflected in the production of a Club Development Plan.
