Jenni Douglas-Todd and Tony Oxley Appointed as HCB Non Executive Directors

Hampshire Cricket Board Ltd (HCB) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors.

Following an open recruitment process, in which over 40 people expressed an interest in the two positions, Jenni Douglas-Todd and Tony Oxley have been appointed to the Board.  Both Jenni and Tony bring a wealth of cricket and business experience to HCB.

Jenni has a keen interest in cricket and is currently team manager for St Cross Symondians CC and Winchester Warriors girls teams.  Jenni’s professional career spans qualifying as a Probation Officer, being a civil servant and CEO. She also has experience setting up new organisations such as the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire.

I am delighted to have been appointed to HCB as a new non-executive director. This is a critical time for the Board with changes looming, growth in women and girls cricket and the opportunity to see cricket play an important role in an increased focus on fitness and health. I look forward to assisting the board in leading and managing those changes, in addition to supporting the continued enjoyment of cricket at clubs across Hampshire.

I was delighted to accept the position and I am really looking forward to working with the Board and member clubs to ensure the recreational game in Hampshire stays strong and adapts to today's requirements.
