Title:   Conference & Banqueting Manager

Reports to:   Catering Operations Manager

Department / Area:   Catering            

Location:   Hilton Southampton – The Ageas Bowl 

Key Position Accountabilities

• Manage, lead and develop the C&E Team in the absence of the Catering Operations Manager
• Develop the successor (the high potential C&E Specialist)
• Build and maintain the positive and influencing relationship with the management
• To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set.
• To ensure that guests receive high quality service.
• To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with.
• To be responsible for your own results following KPI targets
• Follow and update SOPs and brand standards
• Management of costs, pricing, creating work schedules
