Job Description

Title:   Ticket, Membership & Group Administrator

Reports to:   Head of Ticketing and Membership

Department / Area:   Commercial            

Location:   The Ageas Bowl, Membership and Ticket Office  

Job Purpose: 

• To deal with all aspects of work within the Membership and Ticket Office.
• To provide a ‘world class’ level of customer service to personal visitors and phone callers and to provide as much ‘human contact’ as possible to customers during office hours and opening times. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Day to day operation of the Membership and Ticket Office
• To assist in the selling of tickets and membership, abiding by the regulations and terms and conditions laid out
• Assisting with our group scheme
• Assisting with our new ground tour product
• Reconciling your tickets and monies
• General administration

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone and written
• Efficient and organised – solid administrative base to ensure delivery
• Efficient database management and use of CRM structure
• Excellent knowledge of technical infrastructure
• Key team player -  ability to work in a dynamic team but also on an individual basis
• Excellent time management skills – working to tight deadlines/constraints in preparation for regular events
• A passion for customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to work on your own initiative

• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and deal with difficult and stressful situations
