Match Preview: Surrey v Hampshire, Vitality CC
A 13-player Hampshire squad will travel to The Kia Oval to take on Surrey in the Vitality County Championship
We have received a number of enquiries about the health of former Hampshire captain, Mark Nicholas, since he suffered health incidents during commentary on Australia's Channel 9 Television over the Christmas period.
Mark has subsequently undergone medical tests and analyses and we are delighted to learn that he has made a good recovery and is feeling well. We all look forward to seeing him back on our screens very soon.
The former Hampshire man captained the county for more than a decade, leading the side to numerous titles - including four one-day trophies - during his reign, before retiring in 1995 to take up commentating.
