Serious Cricket Announced as Southern Vipers Kit Supplier

The Kia Super League starts this Sunday!

The Southern Vipers are delighted to announce a new four-year partnership with Serious Cricket to become their official kit supplier.

Led by ex England Women's Captain Charlotte Edwards, the Southern Vipers will play in the newly formed Kia Super League, starting on Sunday (31 July).

Revealed by the ECB in 2015, the Kia Super League moves into its inaugural season this summer with a key focus on helping to support greater participation in Women's cricket whilst encouraging higher levels of performance.

As part of the partnership, the Southern Vipers will wear a new technical clothing range off field, and a striking new bespoke playing kit on the field which will set the team apart from the rest.

Serious Cricket will also host a dedicated online team store which supporters of the Vipers can purchase replica match kit and training wear from.

Led by Head Coach Nick Denning, the Southern Vipers welcome the Surrey Stars to the home of Hampshire Cricket for their opening match on Sunday 31st July.

The Vipers will then make the trip to Blackpool to face the Thunder on Friday 5 August before a home game against the Diamonds on Monday 8 August. The penultimate fixture of the group campaign is an away match against the Storm on Friday 12 August before facing the Lightning on Sunday 14 August (All home games are scheduled to start at 2pm)

Tickets to Southern Vipers' first match against Surrey Stars (Sun 31 July, 2pm) are priced at the special rate of £3 for Adults whilst Under 17s are free! U17 complimentary tickets can be acquired on the day from the Matchday Ticket Office

Hampshire Cricket Members are entitled to free admission to all of the Southern Vipers’ home fixtures in 2016 - Membership cards will be accepted in the turnstiles.

Tickets to the Vipers' matches against Yorkshire Diamonds (Mon 8 Aug, 2pm) and Loughborough Lightning (Sun 14 Aug, 2pm) are priced at £5 for Adults and £1 for U17s.
