What are the opening hours?

eforea spa at Hilton at Utilita Bowl is open seven days a week, 9am – 8.45pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-6pm Sundays, and welcomes both members of the public and guests staying at the hotel.

Please note, the last booking time for a 60 minute spa treatment is 7pm and the latest possible booking time for a 30 minute treatment is 7:30pm.

What is the spa policy?

Booking in advance is recommended for both spa facility use and spa treatments to ensure availability. 

Please note that you cannot book spa facility use only, however our 'Twilight' (from £32pp Mon-Thur, from £42pp Fri-Sun) experiences both include spa facility use without a treatment. 

For treatment and spa day bookings on Bank Holidays there will be an additional fee charged per person.

Please note, the minimum age for all spa access including treatments, packages, spa days and spa breaks is 16.

What equipment is in the spa gym?

The gym has a selection of exercise equipment including:

  • Treadmills
  • Cross Trainer
  • Rowing Machine
  • Exercise Bike
  • Free Weights
  • Kettle Bells
  • Cable Machine

The gym facilities also have a selection of accessories suited for your exercises including mats, step boxes and medicine balls.

eforea spa has 3 membership options:

What if I’m late?

This may lead to your treatment time being reduced to prevent delays for the next guests. A reduction of price will not be valid if you are late.

What payment methods can I use?

We are a cashless venue so we ask for payment to be made via card/gift voucher

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy to change or cancel your booking otherwise we will have to charge you for the full price of your spa day.

Do you have an age limit?

eforea spa is open to everyone aged 16 or older.

If I book just a treatment, does this include spa access?

Spa access isn’t included when a treatment is booked however this can be added on additionally. Our spa sessions are from 09:00-13:30 or 14:00-18:00 and this is £66pp Monday-Thursday or £76pp Friday-Sunday. We also offer our twilight session which is from 18:30-20:30 and this is £35pp Monday-Thursday or £45pp Friday-Sunday. Sunday Twilight is 16:00-18:00pm.

Can I have a treatment if I’m pregnant?
      • If you are under the 12 week stage, you can enjoy an ELEMIS touch facial, Jessica Manicure or ZenSpa pedicure.
      • If you are over the 12 week stage, you can enjoy the above, plus massages.
      • During pregnancy, we are unable to carry out any BIOTEC facials, body scrubs or body wraps.
Is there a car park?

Yes, this is complimentary for spa day guests. A code will be provided to you by our reception team upon departure.

I have recently had surgery and/or undergoing treatment, what treatments can I have?

Please speak to a member of our team at the time of booking and we’ll be able to help advise what treatments would be suitable.

I have a medical condition, can I still enjoy and use eforea?

Certain medical conditions can be affected by the spa experiences (particularly those involving extremes of temperature), may prevent you from having some of the treatments available, or may require us to adjust the treatment to accommodate any conditions.

If you wish to participate in the spa experiences or treatments , and suffer from any of the following please consult with your GP/consultant prior to your arrival, and please also contact the spa team to discuss in advance of your visit.

  • You have had surgery within the last six months.
  • You have had a deep vein thrombosis (DVT).
  • You suffer from heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, migraines, dizziness, or fainting spells.
  • You suffer from diabetes or epilepsy.
  • Any condition affecting your body’s ability to react to heat or to perspire.
  • Asthma or any chest condition likely to be aggravated by high temperatures.
  • Use any medication which may affect your circulation or ability to react to heat.
  • You have been prescribed antihistamines, anticoagulants, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants or tranquillisers.
  • Cancer, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy - If you have had or are currently undergoing treatment for the previous, we would require a GP/ Consultant letter advising what they deem suitable for you to receive at this time.
  • Pregnancy Please be aware that some of the spa experiences and treatments are unsuitable for pregnant guests.

We do have a specially designed treatment for expectant mothers, if you are under the 12 week stage, you can enjoy an ELEMIS touch facial, Jessica Manicure or ZenSpa pedicure which will be tailored for you.

If you are over the 12 week stage, you can enjoy the above, plus massages. During pregnancy, we are unable to carry out any BIOTEC facials, body scrubs or body wraps.

  • Allergies please discuss any allergies you have with our staff prior to your treatment/spa entry/café booking.
  • If you have a disability or any particular care requirements, please seek advice at the time of booking and on entry to allow us to help you get the most out of your session safely.
