9:00am	Suite opens
	Breakfast is served
10:45am	Play starts
11.00am	Bar opens
2:15pm	Champagne reception followed by lunch
3:00pm	Play resumes
4:30pm	Afternoon tea is served
6:30pm	Scheduled end of play
	Post-match refreshments are served
7:00pm	Bar closes (or 30 minutes after the close of play, whichever is earliest)
7:30pm	Hospitality area closes and guests depart (or one hour after the close of play)
