Membership and Affiliation

Affiliation

Clubs and cricket organisations are encouraged to affiliate to the Board, which in most cases includes affiliation to ECB. The major Leagues - Southern Electric Premier League and Hampshire Cricket League - include in their constitutions the requirement for all participating clubs to be affiliated to their respective County Boards.

There are different Categories of Affiliation with varying fees, depending on the structure of clubs and the likely benefits they may wish to access.

Requests for renewal of affiliation are sent to Club Secretaries at the start of each season. If your Club Secretary changes, or their contact details change, please notify the Board Administrator.

Membership

Club and cricket organisations in Hampshire are also welcome to become Members of the Hampshire Cricket Board Limited and to attend the Annual General Meeting. No fee is involved but the club or organisation agrees to contribute a sum not exceeding £1.00 to the assets of the Company in the event of the winding up of the Company.
