Paris Smith

Paris Smith has been working with The Ageas Bowl for many years. They have successfully worked with the club on a major development proposal, which includes a 175-bed four-star hotel and two covered stands to increase current permanent seating capacity to 15,000 as well as an 18-hole championship golf course.

In addition, they helped the club obtain planning permission to make ground improvements and use the stadium for non-sport related uses. These initiatives have made a substantial difference to the revenue stream of the club, while also improving spectator experience.

When the club wished to obtain planning permission to hold concerts at the venue, Paris Smith were on hand to help the club secure this. They also obtained planning permission for the installation of World-Class floodlights, which have allowed the venue to be used on a more frequent basis as well as helping in the bidding for major International cricket matches including the venue’s first ever Test match.

Finally, Paris Smith has helped The Ageas Bowl to improve access and the provision of adequate public transport as well as demand for on-site parking at the ground.
