If play is restricted to 19.5 over’s or fewer due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, there is no monetary refund and tickets should be retained so that they can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2013 or 2014 season.

Friends Life t20
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved, the full face value of the ticket will be refunded minus a £1 administration fee per request.
Refunds will be issued via an automatic reverse card transaction for those paying by debit or credit cards within 21 days. Please do not return your tickets to the Ticket Office.
Refunds for payments made by cash or cheque can be claimed only if the original ticket is returned with the name of the payee, address and full postcode in block capitals within 28 days of the affected match to the following address: Ticket Office, The Ageas Bowl, Botley Rd, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH. No refund will be made unless tickets are returned - proof of purchase alone is not sufficient for a refund. Please allow 30 days from receipt of claim for us to process your refund.
In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.
