The Ageas Bowl ODI Sold Out

Tickets for England v Pakistan are no longer available for purchase

The Ageas Bowl’s Royal London One-Day International between England and Pakistan on Wednesday 24th August is now sold out.

The news comes after a number of additional temporary seats were released for the last The Ageas Bowl international of 2016, which will see Eoin Morgan’s side kick off their ODI series with Pakistan at the home of Hampshire Cricket.

Such a highly-anticipated series, it comes as no surprise that the opening match is a sell-out, and we’re delighted that there has been such a high demand. It’s an exciting time for England in One-Day cricket at the moment and Pakistan look as though they will be strong opposition. With our on-going aim to widen our appeal to a family audience, we can’t wait to host another brilliant spectacle for the international cricket fans in the South.

Stuart Robertson, Hampshire Cricket Commercial Director

Pakistan’s visit to the The Ageas Bowl on 24th August will mark England’s second and final appearance at the ground this year, having hosted their IT20 victory over Sri Lanka on 5th July.

Following on from successful hosting in 2014 and 2015, the The Ageas Bowl is once again aiming to introduce international cricket to a younger generation of fans at the home of Hampshire Cricket in 2016.

A number of engaging, free of charge children’s activities, like cricket coaching sessions, a climbing wall, laser quest and giant inflatables were in place during the The Ageas Bowl’s ODIs last year and will feature again in 2016.
