Exchange And Refund Information: Hampshire v Surrey - NatWest T20 Blast

Please find below all the information you need to know around the The Ageas Bowl's exchange and refund policy if you purchased a ticket for Sunday's (23rd July) NatWest T20 Blast match impacted by adverse weather.

Ticket purchasers should have received more information in regards to refunds and exchanges for this fixture on Monday (24th July) - should you be yet to receive this email, please contact us via email at tickets@ageasbowl.com.

NatWest T20 Blast passport holders will also have received an email entitling the holder to claim an additional ticket for a future fixture.

Ticket Exchanges may be claimed via a web link that was emailed to all purchasers after Sunday's fixture. To exchange your ticket, simply click the web link and follow the instructions. All purchasers should have been emailed a web link to do this, but if that is not the case, there is another way to exchange tickets. Purchasers can send their original tickets with your name and address in block capitals with details of the date to which you would like to exchange to: Ticket Office, The Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH or by presenting this ticket at the The Ageas Bowl Ticket Office in person within 28 days of the original fixture date.

Ticket Refunds for tickets purchased by credit or debit card that have not been exchanged within 28 days of the fixture date will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and postal charges). For all other tickets refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket as per the ticket exchange above within 28 days of the fixture date. Refunds will be made by cheque within 28 days of receipt of the claim.
