Four Ball Package Available For July's Sir Gordon Greenidge Charity Golf Day

A comprehensive four ball package is currently available to purchase for those wishing to take part in The Ageas Bowl's upcoming Sir Gordon Greenidge Golf Day on Wednesday 21st July 2021.

The charity golf day is the first of two charity events taking place at The Ageas Bowl this summer as a result of the recent partnership announcement between Hampshire Cricket and the Lashings World XI, with the second being a charity T20 match featuring a Hampshire All-Star XI and a Lashings World XI on Saturday 28th August. Both events are being held to raise money for the Hampshire Cricket Foundation, which has been named as the Lashings World XI's official charity for 2021.

July's Sir Gordon Greenidge Golf Day will see Hampshire and West Indies star Sir Gordon take on the 18 holes of The Ageas Bowl's on-site Boundary Lakes Golf Course, alongside a host of other sporting celebrities. Members of the public will have the opportunity to play golf alongside Sir Gordon and the other sporting stars in teams of four by purchasing a four ball package for £400 + VAT. As well as entry to the day's golf competition, this four ball packages includes a hot drink and a bacon roll on arrival, lunch, a team shirt, interactive electronic scoring and the opportunity to win a range of prizes, the most exciting of which is a holiday to Jamaica for the winning team. 

The day will also incorporate drinks on the course, including Prosecco holes, and a silent auction, with the aim of raising as much money as possible for the Hampshire Cricket Foundation and the Foundation's work to improve heart health in the local community, the wider cricketing community and across Hampshire.
