As part of a wider restructure of the RB Sport & Leisure Group, RB Sport and Leisure Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenni Douglas-Todd as a Non-Executive Director. The appointment is effective from 1st June, 2021.
Douglas-Todd will bring extensive experience of equality, diversity and inclusion to the role, assisting the current and new Members of the Board in ensuring that behaviours and cultures within the Company, and the Group generally, meet the high standards required of a responsible organisation. She will also help to shape future activities of the Company by attending all Board meetings as a voting director.

Her vast experience of equality and inclusion will assist us in ensuring that the culture of this organisation is such that it leaves no potential for prejudice of any sort and that every one of our employees, customers and supporters will be regarded with equal respect and regard. Jenni Douglas-Todd
Douglas-Todd is currently Director of Equality and Inclusion at NHS England, the UK’s largest employer, helping to ensure equality is embedded across the entire NHS workforce. Alongside this, she sits as Independent Chair of Dorset Integrated Care System, working together with local councils, NHS services and the community and voluntary sector to address local health, wellbeing, quality and financial challenges across the area.
An experienced leader with a focus on diversity and inclusion, Douglas-Todd has previously held many positions of high authority, including the role of CEO of Hampshire Police Authority and senior positions at the Home Office in the UK and overseas.
Alongside these roles, Douglas-Todd also has a significant Non-Executive portfolio, working as a Non-Executive Director of Hampshire Cricket Board, an Independent Regulatory Committee Member for England and Wales Cricket Board, as well as Non-Executive Director, Deputy Chair and Senior Independent Director roles at University Hospital Southampton.
