Hampshire Cricket are recruiting for a Cricket Administrator to facilitate the administrative requirements of the club’s Boys Player Pathway. The successful candidate will work for and alongside key drivers of the Pathway, ensuring specific tasks and responsibilities are undertaken to promote effective program delivery across 12 months, communicating effectively with all key stakeholders including parents, coaches, suppliers and partners ensuring seamless delivery of the program across all levels.

A fundamental part of the role will also include facilitating the logistical elements of running a Pathway across winter training and summer matches, along with processing & reconciling monies in and out across a calendar year. Assisting in the compliance of governance and accreditation as a Pathway also forms a significant part of the position.  

Job Specification

Job Title: Boys' Player Pathway – Cricket Administrator

Location: The Ageas Bowl

Contract: Full-Time

Reporting to: Boys Player Pathway – Head of Player Development

Salary: £18,000 to £22-500 dependant on evidential skill set and experience
