Job Title: Player Development Manager

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience

Hampshire Cricket are looking to appoint a skilled and highly motivated Player Development Manager to lead and manage the County's boys player pathway.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering the pathway whilst helping to grow and develop the game and those playing it within Hampshire.

The post holder will be responsible for:

• Management of all communications and planning for Development and EPP squads.
• Overseeing and management of all boys County age group sides
• Overeeing of Hampshire's Regional Performance Centres alongside the management of players and coaches within
• U17 and Development Squad Head Coach

The successful candidate will have experience of coaching in an environent which adheres to development and improving performance, as well as experience in implementing core programmes and building strong relationships. A history of developing players and building excellent working relationships are essential criteria for the successful candidate.

All candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, good IT and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work both well in a team and unsupervised.
