Maternity Cover for Hampshire Cricket in the Community

The Ageas Bowl's charity, Hampshire Cricket in the Community is looking for a School Engagement Manager. This role is a full-time maternity cover position for up to a year and is a fantastic opportunity to earn experience in managing partnerships with Primary Schools.

Together with the Cricket Development Manager, the primary purpose of role will be to develop and implement the ‘Hampshire Cricket’ Schools Strategy, a key element of which will include the Chance to Shine programme.

Specifically, the role will enhance existing relationships with primary schools as well as increase the number of schools we work with, to achieve the ultimate aim of inspiring young people to choose cricket and be the best sport for schools to work with.
