Match Preview: Hampshire v Notts Outlaws - NatWest T20 Blast

Hampshire take on Notts Outlaws in the second NatWest T20 Blast semi-final on Saturday afternoon

Hampshire face Nottinghamshire Outlaws in the second semi-final of the NatWest T20 Blast at Edgbaston in their record seventh Finals Day appearance.

Hampshire Squad:

Hampshire have named a 14-man squad, with Brad Wheal, Jimmy Adams and Sean Ervine included alongside the final XI that featured in the victory at Derbyshire earlier this month. Michael Carberry returns from his loan spell at Leicestershire whilst Mason Crane is available after being released by England.

The Opposition:

Notts Outlaws booked their place at Final’s Day with a five-wicket victory against Somerset at Trent Bridge earlier this month after Dan Christian and Steven Mullaney guided their side to the win in the 19th over of their run chase.

Dan Christian's side performed well in the group stages, topping the North Group with 18 points from their 14 matches - the Outlaws also have England internationals Alex Hales and Stuart Broad available for the clash.
