In partnership with the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, the iconic home of Hampshire Cricket is set to host regular pilates classes, with sessions beginning from Monday (8th January).
Designed to help those Iooking to relieve stress, improve core strength or just improve general fitness, pilates is an effective, low-impact method of achieving physical goals.

The Hampshire Wellbeing Centre (formerly Perform at the The Ageas Bowl) is the venues newly re-launched physiotherapy and sports medicine centre.
