Vince Among Highest T20 Run-Getters In 2019

Hampshire captain James Vince finished among the highest run-getters in all T20 cricket in 2019 after smashing more than 1,300 runs across the year.

His impressive tally of 1,390 runs at an average of 33.90 saw him finish fourth in the list of top run-scorers last year, behind only Babar Azam, AB De Villiers and Kieron Pollard.

Alongside his exploits for Hampshire in the VItality Blast, Vince also featured prominently in T20 competitions around the world, including stints in the Big Bash League, Pakistan Super League and Mzansi Super League - the latter saw him capture the competition crown with Paarl Rocks.

In a year which saw the him play a role in helping England secure their first ever Cricket World Cup, Vince also earned four T20I appearances in 2019 as he made valuable contributions with the bat to help Eoin Morgan's side to a thrilling series victory over New Zealand in November.
