Utilita Bowl on Foot

If walking to the The Ageas Bowl, please make your way along Botley Road until you reach Marshall Drive and the giant set of cricket stumps.

Please then walk up Marshall Drive and at head straight over the roundabout and make your way up to the turnstiles at the West Gate.

Utilita Bowl by Bus/Train

Hedge End train station is less than 2 miles away, approximately a 35 minute walk from the The Ageas Bowl.

If you don’t fancy walking or jumping in a taxi from the station you can catch the First Bus No. 8 (see below). Hedge End station is located on the Portsmouth Solent Line.

Southampton Airport Parkway station is approximately 3.5 miles from the The Ageas Bowl and services the Waterloo to Weymouth South West Main Line.

For the England v Australia ODI, there will be free shuttle bus provision to and from Southampton Airport Parkway, this will pick up from the University Sports Ground, opposite the rail station.

The Xelabus X4 then services the The Ageas Bowl from the train station (see below).

First Bus No. 8 service connects the The Ageas Bowl with Hedge End train station, Southampton Civic Centre or Southampton City Centre.

The Xelabus X4 service links Southampton Airport Parkway station with the The Ageas Bowl.

The bus stop can be found directly outside the entrance to the station building on platform 1 and drops off on Botley Road.

Xelabus offer a special match day fare for all those travelling from Southampton Airport Parkway station to and from the The Ageas Bowl. The Xelabus X4 service also provides links from The Ageas Bowl to Eastleigh, West End and Hedge End.

Utilita Bowl by Road

The Ageas Bowl is just 1.2 miles from the M27, Junction 7.

When exiting the motorway please follow signs for the The Ageas Bowl.

Utilita Bowl on Bike

The Ageas Bowl provides a free bicycle storage facility.

This is located in between the west gate and matchday ticket office (top of hill), but please remember to bring your bike lock!

Utilita Bowl from Abroad

Southampton Airport is the closest airport to the ground situated just 3.5 miles from the The Ageas Bowl. Upon arrival take the short trip on the First Bus No. 8 or alternatively jump in a taxi.

Gatwick Airport is situated 90 miles from the The Ageas Bowl and the closest airport for long haul flights. Once landed there are a number of ways to travel to the Ground, please visit www.gatwickairport.com/to-and-from for more information.

Car

If you are travelling by car, the The Ageas Bowl is situated just off Junction 7 of the M27 and is clearly signposted.

Please do not drive to the The Ageas Bowl unless you have a pre-booked parking pass.


Parking

Members' and disabled parking is SOLD OUT for the match.

There is one Park & Ride option that is still available (Park & Ride B) with the others SOLD OUT.

Park & Ride B - Junction 8, M27. Bursledon Road (A3024), Bursledon.

This is priced at £15 per car on the day.

Transfer time is approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. 

There's no official post code for this site, however the post code of the nearby Tesco Superstore is SO31 8GN.

We recommend that sat navs are turned off when leaving the motorway and that spectators follow the yellow & black signs.

MPV’s with max 8 passengers cost the same price as a car. Mini buses with 9 to 16 people cost £20.


Train

If you are travelling to the The Ageas Bowl by train, your easiest route is to arrive at Southampton Airport Parkway Station.

Free buses to and from the The Ageas Bowl from Southampton Airport Parkway will be available throughout the day.

Gates Open: 12:00pm

First Session: 2:00pm - 5:30pm

Interval: 5:30pm – 6:15pm

Second Session: 6:15pm – 9:45pm


Matchday Activities

Following on from previous international fixture’s undoubted success, the The Ageas Bowl will once again be aiming to introduce international cricket to a younger generation of fans at the home of Hampshire Cricket.

A number of engaging, free of charge children’s activities will be available at the ground including crazy catch, table tennis, hula hoop, smoothie bike, speed net, inflatable spider dome, badminton net and more. 

These will be located on the Hilltop Terrace, opposite the Main Ticket Office, adjacent to the pavilion. 


Food and Drink

A wide variety of food and drink will be available to purchase around the ground.

However, no alcohol can be brought into the ground, only alcohol purchased inside the arena can be consumed.

There will be no public wi-fi available around the ground.

A pop-up shop selling Oakleys and Gray-Nicolls equipment will be located at the eastern end of the Colin Ingleby Mackenzie stand.


Refund Policy

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of the face value of the ticket subject to there being;

(a) 10 overs or fewer because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund

(b) 10.1 overs to 24.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Tickets

Tickets for this fixture are extremely limited. The majority of tickets remaining are partial/restricted view and priced at £50.

These are available to purchase online at ageasbowl.com, over the phone on 0844 847 1863 (any purchased online or over the phone will now be held for collection on the day) and at the Matchday Ticket Office (top of hill, past turnstiles) on Thursday from 11am, ahead of gates opening at 12pm.
