The Ageas Bowl have been working through the detailed implications of the recent government announcement regarding the extension of coronavirus restrictions to ensure that Hampshire Hawks can safely welcome as many fans as possible to this summer’s Vitality Blast matches.

Following this work, Hampshire Hawks can confirm that 2021 Hampshire Cricket Members and 2021 Vitality Blast Passport Holders are able to attend the first three home Vitality Blast matches (Mon 28th June v Middlesex, Wed 30th June v Surrey, Fri 2nd July v Gloucestershire) at The Ageas Bowl but unfortunately all those Hawks fans who purchased tickets for these fixtures will have to have their tickets refunded due to the capacity restrictions.

All Hawks fans with tickets to the first three home fixtures (Mon 28th June, Wed 30th June & Fri 2nd July) will have their tickets automatically refunded on or before Friday 23rd July.

Members' Guest tickets (if applied for by 2021 Hampshire Cricket Members) are sent out as e-tickets to the Hampshire Member's email address, whilst Vitality Blast Passport holders will receive their e-tickets via email also 48-72 hours prior to each match.

Getting Here & Parking

There is a chance the roads around The Ageas Bowl will be busy for Friday's fixtures.

Season-long car parking pass holders, disabled guests and hospitality guests will be parked on site.

There will be on-site parking and Park & Walk slots available to those who wish to pay for parking on the day, subject to availability.

A rail shuttle service will be running from Southampton Airport Parkway Railway Station to The Ageas Bowl.

The rail shuttle will run every 30 minutes from 5pm until the match starts. Once the game is finished departures from The Ageas Bowl will be leaving until 30 minutes after the close of play.

You can purchase return rail shuttle tickets on the day upon boarding the bus.

When on board the rail shuttle, all passengers must wear a face mask.

Please note, there will be no on-site taxi booking service, but there will be a taxi pick-up point operating opposite the West Gate, or taxis can still be booked over the phone via 023 8066 6666.

Entry, Opening & Closing Times

The Matchday Ticket Office (located at top of hill), will be open from 4:30pm until 30 minutes after the close or abandonment of play.

Gates will open at 5:30pm for Friday's Hawks fixtures, with the fixture to commence at 7pm and scheduled to finish at 9:45pm. 

Upon arrival, please ensure you have downloaded the NHS Test & Trace app and scan the QR code on the West Gate turnstiles.

Due to capacity restrictions, only Hampshire Cricket Members, Members' guests, Vitality Blast Passport Holders and hospitality guests will be entitled entry to these three fixtures.

Hampshire Members can scan their Membership cards to gain access to this summer's Vitality Blast fixtures, whilst Members' guests and T20 Passport Holders should scan their e-ticket to each match to gain access.

All attendees will be allocated a specific block and row to be seated in for the first three fixtures. Please note, Members' guest tickets and corresponding Memberships will be seated on the same row for these three fixtures.

Attendees are required to remain socially distanced from others who are not part of their attending group.

The Rod Bransgrove Pavilion is closed to all spectators for this week's fixtures whilst it is kept sterile for players and match officials only, however the Arlott Atrium can be used as a walkway for circulation.

Keep an eye out for Hampshire's brand-new mascot - Hawky - when coming through the West Gate upon arrival! Hawky will be looking to give high-fives/wings and be open to photos with attendees from gates opening to the match start time!

What's more, keep an ear out at the ground during the game for Hampshire Hawks' new song, featuring vocals from some of the team themselves and recorded to mark Hampshire's return to the Hawks.

Health & Safety | Prohibited Items & Areas

All attendees must practise social distancing and wear a mask at all times, other than when sat in their allocated seat.

The Rod Bransgrove Pavilion and Arlott Atrium is closed to the public but can be used as a walk through for circulation. 

The venue is entirely cashless, so please ensure that you bring appropriate cards with you if you would like to purchase anything at the venue.

Hand sanitising stations are located around the stadium. The venue encourages all spectators to keep hands sanitised.

Prohibited Items include - Alcohol, Glass, Cans, Musical Instruments, Flares, Laser Devices, Air Horns, Fireworks, Weapons, Whistles

Food & Drink

Food will be available to purchase upon gates opening at 5:30pm, and the selection available accommodates all dietary requirements.

Food will be served around the venue with a wide choice available, including Sanjha’s famous Punjabi cuisine located under the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand and Donna Italia Pizzas situated under the Shane Warne Stand as well as burgers, fish and chips, hog roasts, pasties, Chinese, Greek and ice cream to name but a few.

Please note, spectators must consume food or beverages purchased from their allocated seats.

Bars will open and alcohol will be served from 5:30pm until 30 minutes after the close of play, with an array of bars located around the ground.

Please note, no alcohol can be brought into the ground, only alcohol purchased on-site may be consumed.

The Ageas Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of their age, prior to being served alcohol.

Spectators can bring in food, a sealed soft drink up to 500ml, or an empty water bottle to fill at the water fountains.

Water fountains will be available to fill water bottles up at the Hotel ends of the CIM and Shane Warne stands.

The on-site BEEFY'S By Sir Ian Botham Restaurant is available for bookings on these matchdays.
