Before the match, the fan will get the opportunity to meet the Player of the Month to congratulate him of his award.

July Player of the Month Nominees:

James Vince

The Hampshire captain has been a vital component of the Hampshire side throughout the 2015 season and as well as leading Hampshire to a seventh consecutive T20 quarter-final place, his performances throughout July have been crucial.

The 24-year-old has averaged an impressive 45.88 with the bat during the month, including a magnificent century in Hampshire’s opening Royal London One-Day Cup fixture against local rivals Sussex Sharks.

Vince also featured against Sussex in Hampshire’s vital NatWest T20 Blast group-stage win, hitting an unbeaten 90 on his way to guiding Hampshire to a thrilling four-run victory.

Mason Crane

Hampshire’s young leg-spinner Mason Crane burst onto the scene in the month of July, making his full first-team debut for the club against Surrey in the NatWest T20 Blast.

He performed admirably during the fixture, claiming the prized wicket of international star-batsman Kumar Sangakarra on the way to helping his side claim an impressive 29-run victory.

The 18-year-old kicked-on excellently and made appearances in no less than eight fixtures throughout the month, taking 12 wickets at an average of 24.17, including 4-72 on his first-class debut against a strong and experienced Durham side.

Michael Carberry

The hard-hitting opening batsman has been a stand-out performer for Hampshire during the month of July, playing an important role in a number of the side victories.

The left-hander hit three half-centuries in his last four innings of the month, including a match-winning fifty in Hampshire’s final NatWest T20 Blast South Group fixture, to see his side qualify for a record seventh consecutive 20-over quarter-final.
