Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of International Tickets

  • The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalised if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions. All tickets remain the property of Hampshire Cricket Ltd at all times.
  • No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate rain check policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered. Click here for refund policy.
  • Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold above face value. Anyone who sells or otherwise breaches the ticket conditions will also risk losing the right to purchase tickets for 3 years from the date of breaching these conditions. If we reasonably suspect you have committed such a ticket touting offence, we will notify the ECB who may in turn notify other First Class Counties and the Marylebone Cricket Club and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Hampshire Cricket Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), or if the purchaser has in the past defaulted on any payments. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.

Hampshire Cricket Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for tickets purchased through third party re-sale sites, and is entitled to refuse entry to the ground in any instance whereby tickets are showing as inactive. In this instance customers would need to direct their enquiries back to their original ticket seller. Purchasers should be aware that if they do not receive their tickets from their ticket seller, Hampshire Cricket Ltd is unable to re issue tickets unless it is to the original ticket purchaser.

  • If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Hampshire Cricket Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for an area of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and reserve the right to move the location of bookings.
  • Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 17’s tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an Adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat
price. There are no downgrades on tickets. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 17 to an Adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser.
  • No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.
  • Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.
  • International tickets are sent approximately 14 days prior to the match start date. Tickets purchased within 3 working days of the match will automatically be held for collection at the venue, where proof of address and identification will be required. Tickets can be collected prior to the match day, providing this is not before 14 days of the game. All overseas tickets will be automatically held for collection and must be collected on the match day and provide proof of purchase.
  • A booking fee of £1.50 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased for International fixtures when booked online or over the phone.
  • A maximum of 9 tickets per person for each day's play is permitted to be purchased online. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies. For group bookings of 10 or more tickets, please contact the Ticket Office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).
  • Members can initially apply for a maximum of 3 guests to accompany them into the Members’ Enclosure per day of International fixtures.

Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit can be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.

  • Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Hampshire Cricket Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.
  • All fixture times, dates and locations can be subject to change. Hampshire Cricket Ltd will give as much notice to customers as possible for such changes. The purchaser agrees to abide by these conditions and the Ground Regulations at all times.
