Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.

Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to accept responsibility for tickets purchased through third party re-sale sites, and is entitled to refuse entry to the ground in any instance whereby tickets are showing as inactive. In this instance customers would need to direct their enquiries back to their original ticket seller. Purchasers should be aware that if they do not receive their tickets from their ticket seller, Hampshire Stadium Ltd is unable to re issue tickets unless it is to the original ticket purchaser.

  • If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Hampshire Stadium Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for an area of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and reserve the right to move the location of bookings.

  • No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.
  • Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc, is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.

  • Members can initially apply for a maximum of 3 guests to accompany them into the Members’ Enclosure per day of International fixtures.

Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit can be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.

  • Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Hampshire Stadium Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.
  • All fixture times, dates and locations can be subject to change. Hampshire Stadium Ltd will give as much notice to customers as possible for such changes, should a change of date be announced purchasers will have a 14-day window in which to claim a refund should they no longer be attended.
