Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket, Southern Vipers and Southern Brave.

In 2023, Utilita Bowl hosted England Women in a sold-out Ashes ODI against Australia on Sunday 16th July, before England Men take on New Zealand in an ODI of their own on Sunday 10th September.

Domestic action saw Southern Vipers successfully defend their T20 title and Hampshire Hawks reach a record-breaking tenth T20 Finals Day, with plenty of other cricket to be played in other competitions.

The Hundred also returned for a third edition, which saw record attendances across each matchday for the Women's fixture.

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Richard is an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with advanced qualifications in manual therapy and injection therapy.

Throughout his career in academia, Richard has produced research papers and led the teaching of Physiotherapists coming through University. From extensive research, particularly focused around anatomy and muscle fatigue, he gained his PhD from the University of Southampton, having already been awarded a Masters in Neuroscience and Physiotherapy. He utilises his experience, in-depth research and clinical skills within the clinic to treat a wide variety of pains, be it acute or chronic in nature.
