Utilita Bowl is the home of Hampshire Cricket, Southern Vipers and Southern Brave.

In 2023, Utilita Bowl hosted England Women in a sold-out Ashes ODI against Australia on Sunday 16th July, before England Men take on New Zealand in an ODI of their own on Sunday 10th September.

Domestic action saw Southern Vipers successfully defend their T20 title and Hampshire Hawks reach a record-breaking tenth T20 Finals Day, with plenty of other cricket to be played in other competitions.

The Hundred also returned for a third edition, which saw record attendances across each matchday for the Women's fixture.

Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

Mal is a sports medicine and rehabilitation specialist and is competent to treat all parts of the body, but holds a special interest in lower limb and spinal injuries. He has worked in professional sports including Premier League Football for over 10 years and brings these skills to his daily practice. He is also qualified in acupuncture and is a registered member of the AACP, and uses this skill in his clinical practice.

Away from the centre, Mal is still practices within professional sport, and regularly teaches at St Georges Park on the advanced trauma medical management course.
