Ticket Refunds

Please find below all the information you need to know around our refund policy and in what scenario you would be eligible for a monetary refund/ticket exchange if the match/event you've bought a ticket for is impacted by adverse weather.


Specsavers County Championship & Royal London One-Day Cup

If play is restricted to 19.5 over’s or fewer due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, there is no monetary refund and tickets should be retained so that they can be exchanged on another day within the same competition during the 2016 season.

In no other circumstances will an exchange be issued and in no circumstances will a monetary refund be issued.


NatWest T20 Blast

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, the ticket can be exchanged for another day within the same competition during the 2016 or 2017 season.

The exchange may be claimed by sending the ticket with your name and address in block capitals to The Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH within 28 days of the match date.

For queries please telephone 02380 475606. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of the claim for your exchange to be processed.

Alternatively a refund of the full face value of the ticket may be made to the original purchaser of the ticket. Refunds may be claimed by sending the ticket as per the ticket exchange above within 28 days of the match date. Refunds will be made by cheque or by transfer of funds to the original purchaser’s debit or credit card. Please allow 30 days from the receipt of the claim for your refund to be processed.

In no other circumstances will a refund or ticket exchange be issued.

Under no circumstances are refunds or exchanges applicable to NatWest T20 Blast Passport holders in relation to any home NatWest T20 Blast fixtures that are cancelled or reduced.


England v South Africa & England v West Indies Royal London ODIs

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

(a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund;

(b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund. 

In no other circumstances can money be refund be issued.


England v South Africa NatWest IT20

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

9.5 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is achieved - a full refund.

In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.
