The Ageas Bowl Catering Challenge is a work-related learning challenge which supports students to apply learning in a professional catering environment. Students will meet our Head Chef and watch a live demo of food preparation and participate in a number of short educational challenges to consolidate learning. All students will have the opportunity to explore a working kitchen and take away a live brief to create a new dish for the Ageas Bowl menu. After four weeks menus are submitted and selected students are invited back to the kitchens to create their dish for senior members of the Ageas Bowl catering and events team.
