HCB EDI Action Plan

Hampshire Cricket Board (HCB) have produced an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan, which outlines the key actions we will take toprovide a cricketing future for all’ and make cricket in Hampshire a truly inclusive and diverse sport’

Whilst the Plan will evolve over time, it sets out the initial important steps that will be taken to make cricket in Hampshire welcoming for all.

ECB Anti-Discrimination Code

The ECB Anti-Discrimination Code is part of the continuing efforts to maintain the integrity, diversity and inclusivity of cricket. The Code sets out the type of discriminatory behaviour which, if carried out will be a breach of the code.

HCB have adopted the code, meaning it applies to all competitions, affiliated clubs and organisations under its auspices.

Reporting Discrimination within Recreational Cricket in Hampshire

We stand against discrimination in all its forms and are committed to ensuring that cricket is a game for everyone. If you have experienced or witnessed discrimination you can report it through the ECB’s website.

Any reports will then be triaged by the ECB and investigated by the relevant cricket organisation.
