Club Umpiring Programme

We are always open to new projects to encourage the “occasional” or “10 over Umpire”.  Many new activities are continually being developed and explored ranging from free sessions at the Utilita Bowl to specifically targeted projects run from time to time in conjunction with the Hampshire Cricket Board, the Southern Premier Cricket League and the Hampshire Cricket League.

Discipline & Disciplinary reporting

All leagues and recognised competitions have their own disciplinary regulations and procedures. Other matches (friendlies, schools etc.) are still subject to discipline as set out in the Laws of Cricket and require umpires to report breaches to the appropriate authorities e.g. Clubs.

A sample disciplinary report is available below. It is essential that FACTS, TIMINGS, ACTUAL WORDS used are recorded and submitted in an accurate and timely manner.
