Hampshire Cricket are privileged to have a number of highly-qualified coaches available to co-ordinate and run their vast array of coaching courses.

Sam, a graduate of Bournemouth University, manages all of the course and one-to-one bookings here at the Ageas Bowl. Sam, alongside his UKCC Club Coach qualification, has coached in Australia as well as with Somerset and Buckinghamshire Cricket in England, contributing to his vast experience.
Chris combines his role as Hampshire Cricket Under 13’s head coach with various roles in clubs and schools across the county. As a level three coach Chris has plenty of ideas and experience of how to maximise player potential in both individual and group coaching environments.
As Hampshire’s First Team Performance Analyst, Joe has an eye for detail. Currently undertaking his level three coaching certificate, Joe works extensively with Hampshire’s fast bowling group. Joe has a vast experience of both playing and coaching and famously took a catch for Hampshire last season in their Division Two County Championship triumph.
A former first-class cricketer for Northamptonshire CCC, Richard manages the Indoor School here at the Ageas Bowl, is qualified to level three, and available for one-to-one sessions throughout the winter. During the cricket season, Richard works with a number of talented young International players as part of the Elite International Cricket Academy as well as the Southampton Solent University side.
Matt, a level three coach, joined the Hampshire Cricket team from Somerset in 2014 and heads up both the coaching and emerging players programme. Matt is available for one-to-one coaching throughout the winter.
Ron is the newly appointed Hampshire Cricket Women’s Head Coach and coaches on our group courses as well as in one-to-one environments.
