The Ageas Bowl is looking to recruit four new members of staff in various areas of expertise to join its expanding team

Hilton at The Ageas Bowl is looking to recruit a Chef de Parti, an Assistant Front Office Manager, a Conference & Events Manager and experienced Spa Therapists to its already expanding team.

Chef de Parti

The Ageas Bowl are looking for a Chef De Parti to join our kitchen team. In conjunction with the Exec Chef and Sous Chef co-ordinate all policies and procedures relating to food quality, specifications, preparation and storage for all food items that are served at the Hotel. The ideal candidate will show a strong emphasis on staff training and development as well as maintaining kitchen financial budgets, operational productivity and profitability. They should also comply with Food Safety requirements as laid out by management in food safety Manual and Health and Safety requirements in the health and Safety Policy.

Spa Therapists

The Ageas Bowl now has an opportunity to recruit an experienced Spa Therapist, who has worked in a similar type property and will thrive on working with this distinguished and characteristic business. As a Spa Therapist, you will report directly to the Senior Spa Therapist and provide exceptional customer service with professional care and knowledge.  The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a busy Spa/Salon.

Assistant Front Office Manager

The Ageas Bowl have an opportunity to recruit an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager, who has worked in a similar type property and will thrive on the successful running of this distinguished and characteristic business. As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will report directly to the Front of House Manager taking overall responsibility for Hotel Reception Team, whilst overseeing Housekeeping communications.  The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a Front Office/Reception at Senior Supervisory status within Hotels only.

Conference & Events Manager

The Ageas Bowl are seeking an experienced Conference and Events manager to manage our busy banqueting department at the hotel. This role is very hands on and will require someone who has exceptional planning skills, great negotiating skills to work with multiple departments, excellent leadership qualities to take the team with them and the business acumen to ensure that the job gets done.

Specifically, the Conference and Events Manager will supervise all aspects of the Hotel Conference & Banqueting Operations. Working with the Event team to deliver beyond the customer expectations. Liaising with the Stadium team to improve productivity across the venue and create a working environment that supports organisational and brand values to deliver outstanding customer service.
