Talented batter Maia Bouchier joined the Southern Vipers in 2018 and made an instant impact, scoring 183 run in the successful RHF season which saw her awarded one of the ECB full-time contracts. Joined Hampshire from Middlesex to play Division One cricket in 2019 and she rewarded her new county by being their leading run scorer in the Women’s T20 Cup with 196 at a strike-rate of 115.97. An excellent 2021 for Bouchier as she made her England t20 debut.

Ella Chandler is one of the youngest players in the Hampshire setup. The top-order batsman and off-spin bowler made an instant impact, with her top score of 56 coming on her debut when she was just 15 years of age against Leicestershire last season. Since then, she has scored over 300 runs in her short career, and has taken six wickets at an impressive average of 12.

Clover is a right-arm seam bowler and right-hand batsman and joined Hampshire ahead of the 2016 season from minor county Wiltshire. She joined with an impressive record, having taken 15 wickets for Wiltshire which included her maiden five-wicket haul in a game against Buckinghamshire.

With 180 runs at 45.00 and nine wickets to her name in the title winning RHF season on 2020, all-rounder Charlie Dean is a serious threat to any side Hampshire Women play. A member of the England Academy set-up in 2019/20, she is firmly on the radar for future honours. The Havant and Hampshire player, who won the Championship with her county in 2018, will be targeting more stellar performances like the vital 60* against the Storm last season. In 2021, Dean once again stood out for the Vipers in both T20 and One Day Cricket with 14 wickets in eight matches. A eye-catching 5 wicket haul against the Central Sparks a highlight of her season in a Southern Vipers shirt. Dean was then rewarded for consistent performances with her first England call up to face New Zealand. The Hampshire spinner made her debut against New Zealand in the first ODI and ended the series as the joint leading wicket taker with 10 wickets.

Alice is a right-arm seam bowler and right-hand batsman that was promoted from the U17’s girls’ side in 2015. The bowler has made a bright impact with the county, taking five wickets at an average of under 20. Alice is also a key asset with the bat, top scoring with 43* having scored over 150 runs for Hampshire.

Dani is a key member to the Hampshire Women side, offering contributions with both bat and ball. She has almost 500 runs for her side, but can be effective with the ball too, taking 12 career wickets. Dani is just as good in the limited overs format as she is playing T20s, with her best score being the same in both formats.

Charlotte is a right-arm off-spin bowler and right-hand batter. She has scored over 1,000 runs for Hampshire and has been the experienced head in the side over recent years. Despite being known for her ability with the bat, she is useful with the ball, taking almost 50 wickets and averaging less than 20 in T20 cricket.

Emily is a right-arm seamer and top-order batsman for Hampshire. She was an important factor in the 2015 final Championship winning fixture after hitting a century and claiming six scalps. She has scored five fifties and almost 1,000 runs, but is equally as dangerous with the ball, taking 40 wickets at an impressive average of just 15.
