About Us

The Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, situated at Utilita Bowl, offers an ever-growing range of one to one services and group classes to tackle a wide range of both mental and physical issues and ailments.

The centre boasts a well-equipped modern rehabilitation gym, consultation rooms and a vast amount of outside space to cater for almost any type of rehabilitation. The large Wellbeing Gym, located next to the centre, is fully air-conditioned and provides a light and airy environment in which to complete your exercise class.

As a BUPA recognised Paediatric facility, the Wellbeing Centre's specialist team are able to assess and treat a wide range of conditions in members of the public aged five and upwards.  We work closely with our local private hospitals to ensure a smooth and seamless experience is provided and we will always communicate with your Doctor or medical Consultant to ensure your receive the best care.

You do not need a referral to be seen at our facility, so please feel free to just call up and make an enquiry.
