Dan is the Perform Centre manager and lead clinician.

He has extensive experience in treating all types of conditions and injuries, including polytrauma, but holds a special interest in exercise related leg pain, sports medicine and long standing groin pain.

Sports & Exercise Medicine Consultant
Previously a Doctor at Fulham FC and London Irish RFC, Mark is currently club Doctor for Southampton FC and medical officer to the Hampshire and England cricket teams.

Mal is a sports medicine and rehabilitation specialist with a special interest in lower limb and spinal injuries, as well as injury prevention through screening and rehabilitation programmes.
Mel South

Mel is a specialist in lower limb injuries, in particular, foot and ankle problems, gait analysis and rehabilitation.

She also has a post graduate diploma in hydrotherapy, and is qualified as a Barre plus instructor.

Debbie is a shoulder specialist with extensive experience in rehabilitating patients following shoulder injury and surgery.

She works closely with a team of shoulder consultants to ensure high levels of patient care.

Joanna is a shoulder specialist who works with the Consultant Orthopaedic Shoulder Surgeons from Southampton and Portsmouth, assessing a wide range of shoulder conditions referred from GPs and local physiotherapists.

Stephanie has worked extensively as a spinal physiotherapist, and been involved in research both in the UK and Australia as well as completing her Masters in manipulative physiotherapy to further her specialist knowledge and skills.

Ben holds a degree in sport and exercise science and is a fully qualified level 4 sports massage therapist.

He specialises in soft tissue and deep tissue massage and has experience treating elite athletes as well as members of the general public.

Elisabeth spent 13 years employed by the NHS in Southampton before setting up her own private practice, Hedge End Chiropody and Podiatry Clinic, in 2005.

Elisabeth has a great knowledge in treating a variety of foot and lower limb problems in both children and adults.

Kyle Hackett

Sports/Remedial Masseur & Running Gait Analyst
Kyle qualified as a sport and remedial massage therapist with the London School of Sports Massage.

He has a keen interest in running biomechanics and delivers our running gait analysis service. He advises a number of runners from club level to current XC GB athletes on training and running biomechanics and is happy to help anyone maximise their running performance.

Darren is a member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Sport and Exercise and a Postgraduate Researcher in Performance Psychology. He has been working with County and Premier League Cricketers for over two years, along with athletes competing in numerous other sports.
