The treatment I received from Dan really helped speed up my recovery and focused on making sure I'd never experience this problem again. He put me on a customised program that allowed me to continue training at a level that meant I didn't lose too much fitness even when most leg exercises were off limits! In 2015 I had quite a serious ankle ligament injury. I was referred for physio to the ankle specialist, Mel South. In my first session Mel picked up a broader injury that hadn't been identified by the hospital, referring me to the specialist consultant at The Spire. She worked closely with the consultant to ensure my treatment was appropriate. Mel's enthusiasm, dedication and knowledge made a massive difference to my recovery, keeping me highly motivated with interesting and inventive exercise routines. I have been going to these classes since Anna started them. They are enjoyable and you use muscles you have forgotten you have. You also learn the kind of exercises you can do at home. The biggest benefit is you pay weekly so if you don’t go you don’t have to pay, but once you have started them you will want to go each weekSue, Active Ageing Classes

Ed has truly worked magic with me and taught me the tools I needed to get my life back after 4 years of being flat bound because of suffering anxiety and panic attacks. A year and a half on since first receiving the treatment I have not had a panic attack, have held down a job as a carer in a top care home for a year, passed my theory test and then my practical driving test, got my own car and now I’m a support worker for adults with learning and physical disabilities and getting married in a few months. I had/have a problem with a joint in my thumb...near the base..injured when pulling on my husbands pressure stockings after his bypass operation (he could not help). Cally listened and asked lots of questions. She then suggested a support dressing and gave me exercises to do. I followed the instructions to the letter, still do the exercises daily and things have improved. The problem is now sporadic -I think it doesn't like wet weather - and the pain moved about an inch towards the wrist but it is manageable. I am so pleased I came for advice as the temptation was to keep it still and hope it got better but the movements Cally gave me are really helpful.Gill, Physio
I came to the first healthy heart session with much trepidation as I hadn’t exercised for about 25 years and had never previously used Gym equipment! But I needn’t have worried... Anna made us all really welcome and put us at ease straight away. She very clearly explained how to use all the machines and then helped us as we started out. Each week the hour goes really quickly with a warm up followed by an exercise plan specifically designed for each person, then we finish with the cool down.
