The Ageas Bowl is the iconic home of Hampshire Cricket and the venue played host to a huge summer of cricketing action in 2019.

Eoin Morgan's England visited for an ODI against Pakistan last summer, an absolute run-fest, which was followed by seven ICC Cricket World Cup matches - two warm up matches and five group stage fixtures - before the ever-popular Vitality Blast landed.

2020 will see Australia visit for a massive ODI in July before Pakistan return to the Ageas Bowl for an IT20 in September, whilst the venue will also host the exciting new competition The Hundred, alongside Hampshire’s domestic season.

There really is something for everyone.

The iconic ground is also home to an elite sports medicine centre, the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, the rapidly expanding amateur boxing club, Poseidon and the Hedge End Running Club.

Choi Kwang Do martial arts classes are also held at the Ageas Bowl, whilst 2016 also saw the venue's Elite International Sports Academy (EISA) open its college programme for those aged 16-18.

The Ageas Ballroom, Hilton at the Ageas Bowl

Join us for fun, games and festive laughter over a sumptuous Christmas Lunch, hosted in aid of the Ageas Bowl's own charity: Hampshire Cricket in the Community (1152024).

This year the legendary Christmas Lunch comes home to the Ageas Bowl with the aim of raising over £20,000 to buy 20 life-saving defibrillators for installation at cricket clubs across Hampshire.

Enjoy the festive event in the stunning Ageas Ballroom within the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl, accompanied by guest speaker, cricket commentator and former Leicestershire and Warwickshire cricketer Charles Dagnell, all whilst helping to raise money for an incredibly worthwhile cause.

The festivities begin with a local Isle of Wight Mermaid Gin drinks reception at 11:30, before a delicious three course Christmas Lunch is served at midday, including a half a bottle of wine per person. From 16:00, the fun will continue in an afterparty hosted in the hotel's Lakeview Bar & Terrace.

Other entertainment includes Frank Sinatra impersonator Paul Holgate of So Sinatra and a digital selfie booth from Party Delights Photo Booth.

Tickets are priced at just £45 per person for Hampshire Cricket Members and £49 for Non-Members, whilst a table of ten can be purchased for only £450.
