Salary: £19,000 to £21,000 (pro rata) plus expenses

Hampshire Cricket Board is responsible for growing recreational cricket in Hampshire. We aim to inspire girls and boys to play cricket through the delivery of school, club and community-based programmes. We collaborate with stakeholders to support volunteers within recreational clubs and community settings to grow the game.
We are looking for a highly organised person, with excellent communication skills, to provide administrative support to the Cricket Development Team, helping to ensure HCB programmes and events are delivered effectively. Experience of working in an administrative and customer focussed role will be an advantage.
The varied role will be central to the continued adoption of Play-Cricket by HCB and our partners. It will also support the maintenance of our website and social media channels and manage bookings for programmes and events.
This is a full-time role but hours are negotiable (minimum of 25 hours per week) and can be worked flexibly to suit the needs of the employee and the business. There will also be the opportunity to work from home and from the office, to suit the requirements of the role.
