England Women v Australia ODI - Travel Information

The Ageas Bowl will host a Women's Ashes fixture in 2023 as England Women face Australia in an ODI on Sunday 16th July, before England Men arrive to host an ODI of their own against New Zealand on Sunday 10th September 2023.

Parking

Park & Walk

Per Vehicle – £15 in advance

Those travelling to The Ageas Bowl's Park & Walk can use postcode SO30 3AY for navigation apps or the what3words location: weds.crop.carbon.

Exit at Junction 5, M27. The vehicle entrance is from the A27 Moorhill Road, please follow signage for “Park & Walk” on local roads.

Park & walk car parking will be parked on a grass surface and located a short walk (roughly 10 minutes on a tarmac path) away from the gate. Please note, this walk contains hills and will not be suitable for people with mobility requirements.

On-Site Car Parking

Accessible Car Parking - £15

On-site car parking is only available to those who require accessible parking who hold a valid blue badge, and Hampshire Cricket Members who have pre-ordered international on-site car parking.

If you need to book an on-site accessible car parking space, please email tickets@ageasbowl.com with proof of your blue badge attached. On the matchday, pre-booked accessible parking passes should arrive with a valid Blue Badge to display to stewards at The Ageas Bowl, who will then direct you to park in relevant accessible areas.

Pre-booked Members' cars parking on-site will be directed to the appropriate car parks by stewards on the matchday upon arrival.

On-site car parks will open 30 minutes before the scheduled gates opening time of the fixture, and will close 90 minutes after the match. Cars are not permitted to stay overnight.

Please note, pre-booked accessible parking spaces are located near the entrance to the stadium, whilst other on-site pre-booked car parking spaces may be located a short walk from the gates and on a grass surface.

Motorbikes and Bicycles

The Ageas Bowl provides a FREE motorbike and bicycle storage facility.

Please head towards the roundabout and follow directions from our traffic operatives. Please be aware motorbikes will be parked near the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, located opposite the East Gate.

All parking is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.


Transport

Rail Shuttle (Southampton Airport Parkway & Hedge End Railway Stations)

Adult: £5

Under-17: £3

A rail shuttle service will be available for all fans travelling to and from the England Women's Ashes ODI at The Ageas Bowl on Sunday 16th July.

These direct buses will be available from immediately outside both Southampton Airport Parkway and Hedge End Railway Stations, running continuously before, during and after the match to transport fans to The Ageas Bowl and back to the railway station.

Tickets for the rail shuttle grant both transport to and from the venue. Secure rail shuttle tickets via the link below.

Once the match finishes, the rail shuttles will depart from The Ageas Bowl's Car Park 2 (opposite the West Gate) continuously up to 30 minutes after the match ends.

The closest railway stations located to The Ageas Bowl are Hedge End and Southampton Airport Parkway Railway Stations.
