The Hundred - Travel Information

Utilita Bowl hosts four Southern Brave group stage matchdays in August 2024.

Take a look at the venue map below so you can plan your access into and around the ground.

Below you can find the information you'll need regarding travel and parking.

Please plan your journey carefully to avoid delays. 


Free Rail Shuttle

A free rail shuttle will be available to all fans travelling to and from Utilita Bowl for The Hundred in 2023.

Free direct buses will run from both Southampton Airport Parkway Railway Station and Hedge End Station, running continuously from 30 minutes before gates open on the matchday up to an hour after the matchday has ended.

This exciting new initiative will make traveling to the venue as easy as possible for fans, whilst aiming to reduce carbon footprint through the use of public transport.

Car Parking

Car parking for The Hundred at Utilita Bowl is available to pre-book and is subject to availability.

On-site car parks will open 30 minutes before the scheduled gates opening time of the fixture, and will close 90 minutes after the match. Cars are not permitted to stay overnight.

Park & Walk

Per Vehicle – £15 in advance

The vehicle entrance for Park & Walk is from the A27 Moorhill Road off Junction 5 M27, please follow signage for "Park & Walk" on local roads.

Vehicles booked into Park & Walk car parking will be parked on a grass surface and located a short walk (roughly 10 minutes on a tarmac path) away from the gate. Please note, this walk contains hills and will not be suitable for people with accessible requirements.

Park & Walk is accessible via a different entrance to the ground for 2023, so please follow the directions provided on your purchased car parking pass.

Accessible Car Parking

Per Vehicle - Sold Out

Please note, accessible parking is sold out across all of The Hundred's matchdays.

On the matchday, pre-booked accessible parking passes should arrive with a valid Blue Badge to display to stewards at Utilita Bowl, who will then direct you to park in relevant accessible areas.

If you have pre-booked accessible car parking, drive to: Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Hampshire, SO30 3XH.

Once you arrive at Utilita Bowl, please have your parking ticket ready to show traffic marshalls and you will be directed to one of the venue's car parks, which can be seen on the venue map.

Please note, all on-site parking is subject to availability.


Alternative Car Parking Options

Another car parking option is to pay for car parking at Southampton Airport Parkway Railway Station's multi-story car park and then board the free rail shuttle. To find out more information about the rail shuttle service, please see the rail shuttle section above.

Motorbikes and Bicycles

Utilita Bowl provides a FREE motorbike and bicycle storage facility.

Please head towards the roundabout and follow directions from our traffic operatives. Please be aware motorbikes will be parked near the Hampshire Wellbeing Centre, located opposite the East Gate.

All parking is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.

The closest bus stops to Utilita Bowl are Dawson Lodge for buses travelling towards Southampton City Centre, and Moorgreen Hospital for buses travelling towards Hedge End Train Station.

A Taxi Rank will operate from the Holiday Inn car park.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Area

All private vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups will be directed from traffic stewards towards the Holiday Inn & David Lloyd Car Parks.
