Having performed well during our regional observation process and subsequently, as trialists, at Academy training, we are delighted to include Holly, Ava and Caitlin in our full Academy program. They have all shown a massive desire to learn and I’m sure they will embrace the many positive challenges of life in the Academy.
Ian Cox, Southern Vipers Senior Regional Talent Manager
Talent, hard work, ability to learn and applied focus have been evident in abundance with these three young ladies across the selection process. I am delighted by the inclusion of Ava, Caitlin and Holly to our Academy Class of ’22. It’s a very exciting time for all. I wish these girls and the original Academy inductees the best of experiences across the coming nine months
