Residents Information

Utilita Bowl is looking forward to hosting a full summer of cricket and events including hosting the Arctic Monkeys in concert on Wednesday 14th June.

We are working with key local stakeholders, including Eastleigh Borough Council, to develop comprehensive plans and ensure that all these events take place with the minimum disruption to our neighbours and the local transport network.

As in 2022, we will apply the road closures on Botley Road (B3035) between the Tollbar Way roundabout and Moorgreen Road roundabout when it is absolutely necessary to ensure the safe movement of pedestrians away from the venue and to improve traffic flow. This is most likely to apply on Wednesday 14th June.

2023 will bring with it a busy summer of cricket, and we will be sharing the dates of our cricketing fixtures when we have them confirmed.

Dates of Major Events:

The venue has worked with the relevant authorities to understand attendance opportunities and stadium capacity at our major events in 2023. For matches and events with an anticipated attendance of more than 10,000 a road closure of Botley Road (B3035) between the Tollbar Way roundabout and Moorgreen Road roundabout – to ensure the safe movement of pedestrians away from the venue and improve traffic flow – may be required.
