Ticket Refunds

Please find below all the information you need to know around our refund policy and in what scenario you would be eligible for a monetary refund/ticket exchange if the match/event you've bought a ticket for is impacted by adverse weather.


Specsavers County Championship & Royal London One-Day Cup

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, there is no monetary refund and tickets should be retained so that they can be exchanged for another day of the same competition during the 2017 or 2018 season.

In no other circumstances will an exchange be issued and in no circumstances will a monetary refund be issued.


NatWest T20 Blast

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, ticket purchasers will be entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket or to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket during the 2017 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).

Ticket Exchanges may be claimed by sending the original tickets with your name and address in block capitals with details of the date to which you would like to exchange to: Ticket Office, The Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH or by presenting this ticket at the Ageas Bowl Ticket Office in person within 28 days of the original fixture date.

Ticket Refunds for tickets purchased by credit or debit card that have not been exchanged within 28 days of the fixture date will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and postal charges). For all other tickets refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket as per the ticket exchange above within 28 days of the fixture date. Refunds will be made by cheque within 28 days of receipt of the claim. Under no circumstances will tickets be refunded on the day of a cancelled fixture.

In no other circumstances will a refund or ticket exchange be issued.

Under no circumstances are refunds or exchanges applicable to NatWest T20 Blast Passport holders in relation to any home NatWest T20 Blast fixtures that are cancelled or reduced.


England v South Africa & England v West Indies Royal London ODIs

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

(a) 15 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a full refund;

(b) 15.1 overs to 29.5 overs because of adverse weather conditions and no result is obtained - a 50% refund. 

In no other circumstances can money be refund be issued.


England v South Africa NatWest IT20

If play is restricted or does not take place at the ground on the day for which your ticket is valid, you may claim a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

9.5 overs or less because of adverse weather conditions and no result is achieved - a full refund.

In no other circumstances will a refund be issued.


Parking

No refund will be given for parking if the event for which the parking is valid is cancelled for any reason after the purchase has been made.
