England's Internationals in 2024
England Women v New Zealand | IT20 | Saturday 6th July
If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:
(a) zero to 10 overs are played of the only or last match of the day and no result is obtained - a full refund;
(b) 10.1 overs to 20 overs are played of the only or last match of the day and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entilted to a full or part refund of the Gold Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.
England Men v Australia | IT20 | Wednesday 11th September
If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:
(a) zero to 15 overs played and no result is obtained - a full refund
(b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.
In no other circumstances can money be refunded.
Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entilted to a full or part refund of the Gold Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.
Refunds will be made automatically by Hampshire Cricket/Utilita Bowl to the original ticket purchaser only. Purchasers will be refunded the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and admin charges) to their original debit or credit card within 28 days of the fixture. Please do not return your tickets to Utilita Bowl.

Cricket is against ticket touting – you must not buy or sell this ticket for more than its face value. Please see www.ecb.co.uk/tickets/touting for full re-sale/refund policy. All tickets are issued by or on behalf of Hampshire Cricket/Utilita Bowl. Each Ticket is and shall remain at all times the property of Hampshire Cricket/Utilita Bowl.
No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.
Please note that the use of any cameras or mobile devices or any electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match footage, details, statistics, images (on any platforms including but not limited to websites and social media) etc., is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.
Vitality Blast
If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less and no result is possible due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, ticket purchasers will be entitled to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket during the 2024 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).
Alternatively, ticket holders can claim a full refund of the face value of the ticket. See the process of both Ticket Exchange and Refunds below.
Ticket Exchanges For Tickets Purchased On The Day: may be claimed by sending the original tickets with your name, address, telephone contact and e-mail address in block capitals with details of the date to which you would like to exchange to: Ticket Office, Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH or by presenting this ticket at Utilita Bowl Ticket Office in person within 28 days of the original fixture date.
Ticket Exchanges For Advance Bookings: may be claimed by filling out the online form emailed to the original ticket purchaser, stating details of the date to which you would like to exchange to. The online form will be available within 2 working days of the original fixture date, please do not return your tickets to the Ticket Office.
Ticket Refunds: Tickets purchased in advance by credit or debit card that have not been exchanged within 28 days of the fixture date will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and postal charges) to the original ticket purchaser.
For all other tickets, refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket as per the “ticket exchange for tickets purchased on the day” above within 28 days of the fixture date. Refunds will be made by cheque or bank transfer within 28 days of receipt of the claim. Under no circumstances will tickets be refunded on the day of a cancelled fixture.
Vitality Blast Passports and Three Match Bundles: Vitality Blast Passports and Three Match Bundles are not refundable in the event of matches being impacted by wet weather. If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on a day of cricket to which your Passport/ 3 Match Bundle is valid you will be eligible to claim a guest ticket for another day of domestic cricket within the 2024 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).
Guest tickets can be claimed by completing the online form emailed to the original Passport/ Three Match Bundle purchaser stating details of the date for which you would like your guest ticket to be issued.
Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.
Vitality County Championship, Metro Bank One Day Cup & Southern Vipers Fixtures
If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, there is no monetary refund and tickets should be retained so that they can be exchanged for another day of the same competition during the 2024 season.
Vitality County Championship Four Day Pass
Where tickets are purchased as part of a four day pass tickets for Days 1-3 can be exchanged in line with the terms and conditions for individual match tickets. Tickets for Day 4 are treated as complimentary tickets and can not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.
In no other circumstances will an exchange be issued and in no circumstances will a monetary refund be issued.
Parking
All car parking/ park and ride is non-refundable. Entry to the ground shall constitute acceptance of the ground regulations.
