If the venue are unable to admit spectators to 2023's Hampshire or England matches due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full face value refund of the ticket will be provided within 28 days of the fixture, including on-site car parking if applicable.


England's Internationals in 2023

England Women v Australia | Women's Ashes ODI | Sunday 16th July

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

(a) zero to 15 overs played - a full refund

(b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played - a 50% refund.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Gold Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.

England Men v New Zealand | ODI | Sunday 10th September

If, for the day for which the ticket is valid, play does not take place OR play is restricted, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to there being:

(a) zero to 15 overs played and no result is obtained - a full refund

(b) 15.1 overs to 30 overs played and no result is obtained - a 50% refund.

In no other circumstances can money be refunded.

Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Gold Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.

Refunds will be made automatically by Hampshire Cricket/The Ageas Bowl to the original purchaser only, either by refunding their debit or credit card or by sending a cheque.

Refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket with your name and address in block capitals to The Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, SO30 3XH within 28 days of the Match date.

The ECB & Venues are against ticket touting – you must not buy or sell this ticket for more than its face value.  Please see www.ecb.co.uk/toutsout for full re-sale/refund policy.  All tickets are issued by or on behalf of Hampshire Cricket/The Ageas Bowl. Each Ticket is and shall remain at all times the property of Hampshire Cricket/The Ageas Bowl.

No person who is subject to a life ban imposed and/or recognised by the ICC, the ECB or any other ICC Member as a result of a breach of any applicable ICC, ECB or other ICC Member rules, regulations, codes or directives shall be permitted to enter the ground and any such person found within the ground on the day of the match shall be liable to immediate removal from the ground.

Please note that the use of any cameras, mobile phones, computers and other electronic equipment, for the recording, transmission or communication of match details, statistics, images etc, is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. All ground regulations apply.

Vitality Blast

If the venue are unable to admit spectators to these matches due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full face value refund of the ticket will be provided within 28 days of the fixture, including on-site car parking if applicable.

If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, ticket purchasers will be entitled to exchange their tickets for another day of domestic cricket during the 2023 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).

Alternatively, ticket holders can claim a full refund of the face value of the ticket. See the process of both Ticket Exchange and refunds below.

Ticket Exchanges For Tickets Purchased On The Day: may be claimed by sending the original tickets with your name, address, telephone contact and e-mail address in block capitals with details of the date to which you would like to exchange to: Ticket Office, The Ageas Bowl, Botley Road, West End, Southampton, Hampshire, SO30 3XH or by presenting this ticket at the Ageas Bowl Ticket Office in person within 28 days of the original fixture date.

Ticket Exchanges For Advance Bookings: may be claimed by filling out the online form emailed to the original ticket purchaser, stating details of the date to which you would like to exchange to. The online form will be available within 2 working days of the original fixture date, please do not return your tickets to the Ticket Office.

Ticket Refunds: Tickets purchased in advance by credit or debit card that have not been exchanged within 28 days of the fixture date will be automatically refunded the face value of the ticket (excluding booking and postal charges) to the original ticket purchaser.

For all other tickets, refunds may be claimed by sending this ticket as per the “ticket exchange for tickets purchased on the day” above within 28 days of the fixture date. Refunds will be made by cheque or bank transfer within 28 days of receipt of the claim. Under no circumstances will tickets be refunded on the day of a cancelled fixture.

Ticket Rollback Scheme: should COVID restrictions result in capacity being reduced and us not being able to fulfil all tickets sold, we will operate a rollback policy refunding supporters in a phased approach based on the priority groups listed below.

Ticket Rollback - Attendance Priority:
Hampshire Cricket Members & Debenture Holders (refunded last)
Vitality Blast Passport Holders
All Other Ticket Purchasers (refunded first)

Where a restricted capacity allows only a proportion of a rollback group to attend we will refund tickets on the basis of a random ballot. We reserve the right to amend this rollback policy should restrictions dictate.

Vitality Blast Passports: Vitality Blast Passports are not refundable in the event of matches being impacted by wet weather. If play is restricted to 9.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on a day of cricket to which your passport is valid you will be eligible to claim a guest ticket for another day of domestic cricket within the 2021 season (excludes Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Finals).

Guest tickets can be claimed by completing the online form emailed to the original passport purchaser stating details of the date for which you would like your guest ticket to be issued.

Should Passport holders be unable to attend due to matches being played behind closed doors or enforced capacity reductions they will receive the option to pro-rata refunds or discounted access to Passports in 2022.

HospitalityHospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.


LV= Insurance County Championship & Royal London Cup

If the venue are unable to admit spectators to these matches due to COVID-19 restrictions, a full face value refund of the ticket will be provided within 28 days of the fixture, including on-site car parking if applicable.

If play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day to which your ticket is valid, there is no monetary refund and tickets should be retained so that they can be exchanged for another day of the same competition during the 2021 season. 

LV= Insurance County Championship Four Day Pass

Where tickets are purchased as part of a four day pass tickets for Days 1-3 can be exchanged in line with the terms and conditions for individual match tickets. Tickets for Day 4 are treated as complimentary tickets and can not be exchanged under any circumstances.

Hospitality: Hospitality bookings affected by wet weather will be entitled to a full or part refund of the Advance Ticket Price. No refunds will be issued on the catering element of the booking in these cases.

Should COVID restrictions result in a reduced capacity, Hampshire Cricket Members will have first priority to attend domestic matches.

In no other circumstances will an exchange be issued and in no circumstances will a monetary refund be issued.


Parking

On-site car parking is non-refundable unless your ticket has been rolled back due to capacity restrictions. Entry to the ground shall constitute acceptance of the ground regulations. To view the full set of ground regulations please follow the link below.
