Tickets can be booked online here, in person at the Ageas Bowl Ticket Office (Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm) or over the phone on 02380 472002 (Opt. 2).
A maximum number of nine tickets can be purchased online per person for any matches. Groups of ten or more can benefit from discounted prices and can be booked by calling the Ticket Office on 02380 472002 (opt 2). For further information on our group schemes please click here.
Concessionary rates are available for those aged 60 or over on the 1st April for LV= Insurance County Championship and Royal London Cup matches. We offer student rates for Vitality Blast matches upon production of a valid NUS/Student card. Unfortunately, there are no concessions available for International matches.

For International matches and The Hundred matches you are allocated specific seating. For Vitality Blast matches some areas of the ground are reserved for schools or groups. For all other domestic matches there is no reserved seating.
Yes, for International matches a booking fee of £1.50 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased online and over the phone. No other booking fees apply.
Children under the age of 3 on the date of the match are permitted entry into the ground free of charge as long as they do not occupy their own seat. Should you wish to purchase a seat, you can do so at the standard price of an under 17 ticket.
Children under the age of 14 are only permitted into the venue with an accompanying adult over the age of 18.
A family ticket permits entry for two adults and two children under the age of 17.

Tickets for both International and Domestic matches will be dispatched approximately 14 days prior to the date of the fixture. If tickets are purchased within three working of the match, they will be held for collection. These tickets will then be available to collect from the match day ticket office (past the West Gate turnstiles, at the top of the hill).
If tickets are purchased by someone living overseas they must select tickets to be collected on the day. Collectors will need to bring ID and proof of purchase to prove they are the original ticket purchaser.
If you have selected TicketToApp as your delivery method you will need to download the Hampshire Cricket App which is free to download across both iOS and Android devices. This can done by following the step-by-step guide which is available to download here.
Please note once the App has been downloaded, a barcode will only appear on the ticket on the day of the match, three hours before it is due to start.

It may be because you have an old or different email address to the one registered on our system. If you have a new email address and wish to change it, please email tickets@ageasbowl.com.
If you are unable to remember your password please use the ‘Forgotten your password’ link which can be found underneath the login button. If you are trying to activate your account but are unable to because the system is saying your account has already been activated, please follow the ‘Forgotten your Password link’. If problems persist please email tickets@ageasbowl.com.
If you have an online account with us, you can update your address by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Account’. Here you can amend any of your personal details. Alternatively, you can contact the Ticket Office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).
A restricted view if defined as one where any part of the bowlers run up or the wicket-to-wicket area itself is obscured. Partially restricted view seats will be sold once the match is listed as sold out and will be available at a discounted adult price.

LV= Insurance County Championship – 30 minutes before the gates open. (Gates open 60 minutes before the commencement of play)
Royal London Cup – 30 minutes before the gates open. (Gates open 90 minutes before the commencement of play)
Vitality Blast – 60 minutes before the gates open. (Gates open 90 minutes before the commencement of play)
Internationals – 60 minutes before the gates open. (Gates open 2 hours before the commencement of play)

Yes, for cricket matches we operate a re-entry policy at the ground. Should you wish leave you must pass out through one of our turnstiles, or have you ticket scanned by a steward. This policy will vary for concerts.
Yes, in order to bring medication into the ground for major match days, Vitality Blast matches and concerts you would need to send a copy of your doctor’s note to tickets@ageasbowl.com. A member of the team will then send you a formal letter which you will need to bring with you on the day of the match/concert to show the stewards.
No alcohol can be brought into the ground for Vitality Blast, Internationals, The Hundred or any other major matches/concerts.
A maximum of four cans of beer or equivalent, or 70cl of wine may be brought into the ground for Royal London Cup and LV= Insurance County Championship matches.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas, this includes e-cigarettes. There are located to the west and east entrances to the main Pavilion and around the ground away from arena seating.
The Rod Bransgrove Pavillion and Arlott Atrium are open to all ticket holders for all domestic and International fixtures. However, certain areas of the Rod Bransgrove Pavillion are available to Members only, including the Derek Shackleton suite for both domestic and International match days. The Robin Smith suite is only open to Executive Members on domestic match days and hospitality guests for Internationals.

Yes, please email the message and details to enquiries@ageasbowl.com. Although we will do our best to respond to all requests, it is not always possible for these to be accommodated during some matches.
Dogs are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs.
Unfortunately, we do not allow musical instruments into the ground.
No, unfortunately we do not offer a cloakroom or left luggage service.
Yes, you are able to bring pushchairs into the ground and there is an unmanned storage area for buggy’s in the entrance to the Shane Warne stand and Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie stand which are left at the owners' own risk.
Yes, and in fact, during particular matches if it's been proactively encouraged, spot prizes may be given for the best costumes and attire.
We have a limited number of accessible parking spaces available at The Ageas Bowl. Spaces are only available if booked in advance for International matches and major concerts. We would strongly recommend booking in advance for all matches and events hosted at The Ageas Bowl. To book parking please contact the Ticket Office on 02380 472002 (opt 2).
Unfortunately, as stated in the terms and conditions car parking purchased in advance and on the day is non-refundable.
