Tickets can be booked online, in person at the Ageas Bowl Ticket Office (Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm) or over the phone on 0844 847 1863.
A maximum of 10 tickets can be purchased per person for any International match at the Ageas Bowl. There are no limits on the number of Domestic tickets that can be purchased. Groups of ten or more can benefit from discounted prices, please contact 023 8047 2002 (Opt 2) for more information.
No, unfortunately not. Tickets purchased are confirmed bookings and under the terms and conditions of sale no refunds can be made other than those covered by our Raincheck Policy.
In certain areas for our NatWest T20 Blast matches and all in areas for International/Major Match fixtures you are allocated specific seating. County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup matches are unallocated seating. For our International fixtures you are now also able to select a specific seat when purchasing online.
Yes, for International matches a booking fee of £1.50 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased online and over the phone. No other booking fees apply.

Tickets for both International and Domestic matches will be dispatched approximately 14 days prior to the date of the fixture. If tickets are purchased within five working days of the match, they will be held for collection. These tickets will then be available to pick-up from the Matchday Ticket Office (past turnstiles, at top of hill) once gates open on the day of the match.

Please call the ticket office on 02380 472002 (Opt 2) and your tickets can be re-printed. Requests made for a duplicate ticket must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself. A £5.00 per ticket administrative charge will be applied.
Our match day ticket office will be open from the following:
County Championship – 30 minutes before gates open (90 minutes before commencement of play)
Royal London One-Day Cup - 30 minutes before gates open (2 hours before commencement of play)
International Matches - 30 minutes before gates open (2.5 hours before commencement of play)
NatWest T20 Blast – 60 minutes before gates open (2.5 hours before commencement of play)
Tickets can only be collected on the day of the event from the match day ticket office. You will need to provide the first line of the address that the tickets were booked under as well as your booking reference.
Print at home tickets can take up to 4 hours to come through via your email in pdf format. If you have not received your tickets within this time please call the Ticket Office on 02380 472002 (Opt 2) and we will arrange duplicate tickets to be sent to you.

For International matches, gates open two hours ahead of the match commencing. For NatWest T20 Blast and Royal London One-Day Cup matches the gates open 90 minutes ahead of the match starting, whilst for County Championship fixtures the gates will open an hour before the schedule start.
The Rod Bransgrove Pavilion and Arlott Atrium are open to all ticket buyers for County Championship and Royal London One-Day Cup matches. However, the same facilities are Members only on NatWest T20 Blast matchdays and for International fixtures will only be accessible to those in possession of a Members' Area ticket.
No alcohol can be brought into the ground for T20 Blast, International or other major matches. A maximum of four cans of beer or equivalent, or 70cl of wine may be brought into the ground at domestic matches other than T20 Blast (Royal London One-Day Cup & County Championship).
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas, this includes e-cigarettes. These are located to the west and east entrances to the main Pavilion and around the berm away from arena seating.
Dogs are not permitted in the ground, except hearing dogs for the deaf or dogs accompanying blind persons.
Unfortunately we do not allow musical instruments into the ground.
No, unfortunately we do not offer a cloakroom or left luggage service.
The Ageas Bowl allows pushchairs into the ground for all our matches.
Yes, there is a cash machine located in the Atrium available at all matches. During international matches there are additional cash machines available, located at both ends of the ground.
Yes, we operate a re-entry policy at the ground should you wish leave for whatever reason. You must pass out through one of our turnstiles, or have you ticket scanned by a steward. Please note alcohol cannot be taken out of the ground. On re-entering please use the turnstiles or have you ticket scanned by one of the stewards.
The Ageas Bowl offers a range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for spectators to enjoy throughout the cricketing action, with a number of locally brewed beverages available. The Ageas Bowl encourages responsible drinking and operates a strict challenge 25 policy, so please be prepared to be asked for photographic identification ahead of purchasing any alocholic drinks.
There are plenty of options at the ground to suit the tastes of any hungry cricket fan. These included locally sourced beef burgers, curry, chicken, hog roast and of course, the traditional offering of fish and chips. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy our crepe stall, confectionary bar and ice-cream offerings.
Yes, and in fact, during particular matches if it's been proactively encouraged, spot prizes may be given for the best costumes and attire.
