If you are not a Member of Hampshire Cricket or do not have access to tickets through our priority window, the best way to try and secure tickets for 2024's England matches is to enter the ballot. The ballot is random, and if you are successful, you will be emailed with a link to purchase your tickets.
The ballot opens on Wednesday 30th August. Supporters can enter the ticket ballot at www.ageasbowl.com/ballot
You can apply for up to 8 tickets per international fixture through the ballot form. For groups of more than 8 tickets, please email tickets@ageasbowl.com to discuss a group booking, and a member of our team will be in touch directly to discuss your booking requirements.
All applicants will be notified of the result of their application by email once the ballot closes. Successful ballot entrants in stage one will be given a deadline to purchase tickets.
Unsuccessful ballot entrants in stage one will be automatically re-entered into the second stage of the ballot, with second stage results being shared following the completion of phase one of the ballot.
No. Any tickets that are purchased in addition to those that have been allocated will be cancelled without notice.
Once the ballot has closed, any remaining tickets will go on general sale at which point additional tickets can be purchased if available, although the last three England matches at The Ageas Bowl have all sold out during the ballot.
Successful applicants will receive an email containing a link to purchase tickets.
No, you do not have to buy tickets if you are successful in the ballot.
Yes Under-17 tickets are available to purchase.
Ballot tickets are purchased within a price band area. You can view the areas of the ground which apply to each price band at www.ageasbowl.com/cricket/tickets/international-seating-plans.
Ticket purchasers will be informed of their specific seat location by February 2024.
If you have not received an email with your ballot results by noon on 6th October, please email The Ageas Bowl Ticketing Team at tickets@ageasbowl.com to request your ballot result.
Please note, 2024 Hampshire Cricket Members, priority groups and those who have already purchased 2024 England tickets will be excluded from the ballot results to give the remaining ballot entrants the best chance to buy tickets.
Yes. Ballot entrants were prompted to complete the accessibility section of the ballot form. If you are a successful ballot entrant and now need accessible seating, please email tickets@ageasbowl.com to arrange a call back.

If there are still tickets available once the Members' Priority and Ballot allocations have taken place, any remaining tickets will go on general sale on a first come first served basis.

Yes, all tickets are refundable if the match does not go ahead or is played behind closed doors. Please note this does not include booking fees.

Tickets and retail can be purchased in person, by visiting The Ageas Bowl Store, which is open between 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday. You can find the on-site Store within the venue's West Gate.

For international fixtures, a maximum number of eight tickets can be purchased online per person. Groups of nine or more can be booked by contacting The Ageas Bowl's Ticketing Team via tickets@ageasbowl.com.
For all domestic fixtures, a maximum number of 20tickets can be purchased online per person for any matches. Groups of ten or more can benefit from discounted prices and can be booked by emailing tickets@ageasbowl.com.
For international fixtures, Hampshire Cricket Members can select specific seats for international ticket purchases. All other international tickets are purchased within a price band area, specific seats will be allocated around four weeks before the game. You can view the areas of the ground which apply to each price band by clicking here.
For general admission fixtures, no specific seats are sold.
Concessionary rates are available for those aged 60 or over on the 1st April for LV= Insurance County Championship and Metro Bank One Day Cup matches. We offer student rates for Vitality Blast matches upon production of a valid NUS/Student card. There are no concessions available for International matches.

For all matches and events we offer complimentary Essential Companion tickets for disabled supporters. These tickets are available to supporters who have a genuine requirement for support and you may be asked to provide suitable evidence to access companion tickets. Tickets purchased through the International Ticket Ballot are purchased within a price band area, specific seats will be allocated around four weeks before the game. For matches in The Hundred you will be allocated specific seating.
For domestic matches, seats are generally unallocated (general admission), although this policy may change in line with safety requirements if they are still required. Please refer to pre-match information which will be communicated to you.
Vitality Blast Plus Tickets, or 'Ticket Plus', provides an upgraded experience to Vitality Blast attendees, where customers can skip the queue to access the ground with priority gate entry on the matchday, enjoy the cricket from premium suite seating and relax in a private suite with a bar.

Yes, for International matches a booking fee of £3.00 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased online and over the phone. For Vitality Blast tickets a £1.00 booking fee will be applied to each individual ticket purchased online and over the phone. Booking fees do not apply for Vitality Blast Passport purchases.
Booking, admin and delvery fees are non-refundable.
Children under the age of 3 on the date of the match are permitted entry into the ground free of charge as long as they do not occupy their own seat. Should you wish to purchase a seat, you can do so at the standard price of an under-17 ticket.
Children under the age of 14 are only permitted into the venue with an accompanying adult over the age of 18.
LV= Insurance County Championship – Gates open 60 minutes before the commencement of play. Our Ticket Office & Car Parks open 90 minutes before the commencement of play.
Metro Bank One Day Cup – Gates open 60 minutes before the commencement of play. Our Ticket Office & Car Parks open 90 minutes before the commencement of play.
Vitality Blast – Gates open 90 minutes before the commencement of play. Our Ticket Office & Car Parks open 2.5 hours before the commencement of play.
Internationals – Gates open 2 hours before the commencement of play. Our Ticket Office & Car Parks open 3 hours before the commencement of play.

Yes, for cricket matches we operate a re-entry policy at the ground. Should you wish leave you must pass out through one of our turnstiles, or have you ticket scanned by a steward. We reserve the right to refuse re-entry at specific matches.
This policy will vary for concerts.
Yes, in order to bring medication into the ground for major match days, Vitality Blast matches and concerts you would need to send a copy of your doctor’s note to tickets@ageasbowl.com. A member of the team will then send you a formal letter which you will need to bring with you on the day of the match/concert to show the stewards.
No alcohol can be brought into the ground for Vitality Blast, Internationals, The Hundred or any other major matches/concerts.
A maximum of four cans of beer or equivalent, or 70cl of wine may be brought into the ground for Metro Bank One Day Cup and LV= Insurance County Championship matches.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated areas, this includes e-cigarettes. There are located to the west and east entrances to the main Pavilion and around the ground away from arena seating.
The Arlott Atrium is open to all ticket holders for all Domestic and International fixtures. However, certain areas of the Rod Bransgrove Pavillion are available to Members only, including the Derek Shackleton suite for both domestic and International match days. The Robin Smith suite is only open to Executive Members on domestic match days and hospitality guests for Internationals.

Yes, please email the message and details to enquiries@ageasbowl.com. Although we will do our best to respond to all requests, it is not always possible for these to be accommodated during some matches.
Dogs are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs.
Musical instruments are only permitted into the ground with written consent of our Match Day Operations Team. The team will consider requests from professional musicians attending with organised supporter groups.
To request permission to bring a musical instrument into the ground please email enquiries@ageasbowl.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw permission without notice.
No, unfortunately we do not offer a cloakroom or left luggage service.
Yes, you are able to bring pushchairs into the ground and there is an unmanned storage area for buggy’s in the entrance to the Shane Warne stand and Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie stand which are left at the owners' own risk.
Yes, and in fact, during particular matches if it's been proactively encouraged, spot prizes may be given for the best costumes and attire.

Tickets for both International and Domestic matches will be sent as electronic tickets, 2-3 weeks prior to the fixture you are attending. You will also be able to access your tickets and forward them to friends and family via the Hampshire Cricket App. Visit www.ageasbowl.com/app for more information and to download.
If tickets are purchased by someone living overseas they will receive these via email 2-3 weeks prior to the match.
If you have selected TicketToApp as your delivery method you will need to download the Hampshire Cricket App which is free to download across both iOS and Android devices. This can done by following the step-by-step guide which is available to download here.
Please note once the App has been downloaded, a barcode will only appear on the ticket on the day of the match, three hours before it is due to start.

If you are unable to remember your password please use the ‘Forgotten your password’ link which can be found underneath the login button. If you are trying to activate your account but are unable to because the system is saying your account has already been activated, please follow the ‘Forgotten your Password link’. If you have an online account with us, you can update your address by logging into your account and clicking on ‘My Account’. Here you can amend any of your personal details. Alternatively, you can email us at tickets@ageasbowl.com
A restricted view if defined as one where any part of the bowlers run up or the wicket-to-wicket area itself is obscured. Partially restricted view seats will be sold once the match is listed as sold out and will be available at a discounted adult price.
The scoreboard and screens are located behind block H and block Q.

We have a limited number of accessible parking spaces available at The Ageas Bowl. Spaces are only available if booked in advance for International matches and major concerts. We would strongly recommend booking in advance for all matches and events hosted at The Ageas Bowl. To book parking please contact the Ticket Office on 02380 472002.
Unfortunately, as stated in the terms and conditions car parking purchased in advance and on the day is non-refundable.
