Tickets and hotel rooms for the fixture are sold out, however limited hospitality spaces are still available.

For those attending, the best way to access your tickets is on the free Hampshire Cricket App. Information about how to do so can be found below. Otherwise ticket holders should have received e-tickets via email.

Please note, ticket holders who use a Hotmail, Outlook or Live email account are encouraged to check their junk folder of their inbox in case e-tickets have been auto-directed there. Accessing Your Tickets | Matchday App

The Hampshire Cricket App - free to download across Apple and Android - is the ultimate matchday tool for Sunday's ODI with attendees able to access their tickets using just their device, forward tickets digitally to friends and family to save waiting around at the gates, find their seat and in-ground amenities using an interactive wayfinding map, and much more!

All tickets to England international matches at Utilita Bowl will be digital tickets and available on the free Hampshire Cricket App.

If you haven’t already downloaded the App and set up a Fanscore account you’ll need to do this to access your tickets – please find instructions on to how to do so below.

1) Search 'Hampshire Cricket' in your App Store or by using the relevant link to your device below and download the free App.

2) Click the ticket icon in the App's footer menu and then 'My Tickets'.

3) Sign Up to create a FanScore account using this email address.

4) Verify your email address via the email sent from FanScore.

5) Go back to 'My Tickets' and click 'Find Tickets' and your tickets will appear.

Getting Here & Travel

Please plan your journey in advance to avoid delays in getting to Utilita Bowl.

The roads around Utilita Bowl are likely to be busy for this international fixture, so please allow plenty of time for your journey. 

Please only drive to Utilita Bowl if you have a pre-booked car parking pass.

All car parking at Utilita Bowl is sold out.

PLEASE NOTE, NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT THE AGEAS BOWL APART FROM THOSE WHO HAVE PRE-BOOKED.

Parking in local neighbourhood areas is for residents only. Please be respectful of local residents' parking areas.

Those with pre-booked on-site car parking (including Accessible car parking) should drive to Utilita Bowl's main entrance, where cars will be directed by stewards to relevant areas. Upon arrival, those with accessible parking passes should also display their valid Blue Badges.

Those with pre-booked car parking at Utilita Bowl's Park & Walk site can use postcode SO30 3AY for navigation apps or the what3words location: weds.crop.carbon. Exit at Junction 5, M27. The vehicle entrance is from the A27 Moorhill Road, please follow signage for “Park & Walk” on local roads. 

Park & Walk car parking will be on a grass surface and located a short walk (approximately 10 minutes on a tarmac path) away from the East gate. Please note, this walk contains hills and will not be suitable for people with mobility requirements.

We encourage our visitors to use public transport wherever possible.

The best way to travel to Utilita Bowl for England v New Zealand is to get a train to Southampton Airport Parkway or Hedge End Railway Stations and hop on the rail shuttle. These direct buses will be available outside both Southampton Airport Parkway and Hedge End Railway Stations, running continuously before, during and after the match on Sunday 10th September to transport fans to Utilita Bowl and back to the railway station. 

Rail shuttle tickets are just £5 for adults and £3 for under-17s and can be pre-booked via the link below, whilst pay on the day will also be available. 

There is also a Park & Ride service available for just £15 per vehicle, located at University of Southampton Sports Ground, Wide Lane, Eastleigh.

There is also a multi-story car park located at Southampton Airport Parkway which contains additional car parking spaces, subject to availability. 

When leaving Utilita Bowl, please be patient as cars are safely directed to exit the venue slowly after crowds have dispersed.

Access, Opening & Closing Times | General Information

The Matchday Ticket Office (located outside the East & West Gates) will be open from 8:30am for any ticket collections or queries.

 Upon arrival, please ensure you have downloaded the Hampshire Cricket App and accessed your tickets on the App. You'll be able to scan your digital tickets at the turnstiles at the West Gate (see instructions located above in 'Tickets' section on this webpage). Alternatively, all ticket holders who purchased in advance will have been sent an e-ticket to the email which they purchased tickets with, which will contain a barcode to scan at the gates.

Gates will open at 9am on Sunday 10th September with England v New Zealand set to commence at 11am.

Upon arrival opposite the West Gate, DJs Vin and RH9 will be bringing you an eclectic mix of summer anthems from gates opening to the start of the match.

Please note, all bags will be searched upon arrival.

Dedicated fast entry turnstiles will be available at the West Gate for those entering the ground without bags.

All seating for this fixture is allocated.

Please note, Utilita Bowl is a cashless stadium, so please bring payment cards for any on-site purchases. All concession stands will be accepting contactless payments on the matchday.

A contemplation room will be available as a shared facility for spectators, located under the Colin Ingleby-MacKenzie Stand.

An information point will be open in the Arlott Atrium (located in Rod Bransgrove Pavilion) for any queries that you may have, and will be open from gates opening until the close of play. Please note, any lost property should be handed in or collected from this information point.

Water fountains are available at the Hotel ends of the CIM and Shane Warne stands.

The Arlott Atrium is open to all spectators, whilst the the Robin Smith Suite is reserved for Hospitality guests and Roof Terrace is reserved for Roof Terrace ticket holders only.

Spectators are prohibited from walking onto the field of play.

Food & Drink

A large range of food & drink will be on offer at Utilita Bowl for the Metro Bank ODI, with food options including burgers, mexican, hog roast, greek, fish & chips, loaded fries, chinese, pasties, german sausage, pizza and of course the famous Sanhja's built-in Punjabi cuisine.

Follow up on the savoury delights with sweet treats, such as churros, ice cream and pick & mix sweets also on offer around the ground.

Food & drink will be available to purchase around the ground from gates opening, with a host of concessions available to try.

The Arlott Atrium (Rod Bransgrove Pavilion) and Derek Shackleton Suite (Members only) will be serving food & drinks within the Rod Bransgrove Pavilion, whilst the Boundary Bar (Hilton Hotel End) will be serving drinks too.

There will be a host of vegetarian, vegan. gluten-free and halal options available around the ground.

Free-to-use water fountains are located at both ends of the Shane Warne Stand and the hotel end of the Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie Stand.

Concessions and food & drink outlets will begin serving around the ground from gates opening, and closing 30 minutes after the close of play.

Self-serve bars will also be operational on-site on the East side of the Arlott Atrium and on the West side of the Hotel End.

Please note, no alcohol can be brought into the ground and only alcohol purchased on-site may be consumed. 

Utilita Bowl operates a strict ‘Challenge 25’ alcohol policy and as such anyone deemed to look Under 25 will be asked to provide photographic proof of age, prior to being served.
