Terms and Conditions for the Sale and Distribution of International Tickets
A maximum of 10 tickets per person for each day's play is permitted. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of tickets to individuals or agencies.
If more than 10 tickets are requested, the customer will need to state in writing the reasons behind their request. The Ticket Office manager will have the final say on whether to accept the booking.
Members can apply for a maximum of 3 guests to accompany them into the Members’ Enclosure per match.
Members are able to take advantage of a 20% discount on their individual ticket if purchased prior to Friday 30th January 2015. Thereafter, tickets will be priced as per the General Public.
Please adhere to the published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be cancelled without notice. This includes orders having same name, billing address or credit card. Attempts to purchase in excess will result in the cancellation of all tickets without notification.
Tickets may not, under any circumstances, be auctioned, offered for sale or re-sold in any manner. The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalized if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions. All tickets remain the property of Hampshire Cricket Ltd at all times.
Hampshire Cricket Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions (an ‘unlawful ticket’), or if the purchaser has in the past defaulted on any payments. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the stadium after they have entered the ground.
No exchanges are made or refunds given, other than those covered under the appropriate raincheck policy. Once a booking has been made it cannot be altered. Click here for raincheck policy
If the tickets you have requested are unavailable, Hampshire Cricket Ltd will automatically allocate alternative tickets for an area equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Under 17’s tickets that have been purchased in advance can be transferred to an Adult ticket upon payment of the relevant seat price. There are no downgrades on tickets. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of an Under 17 to an Adult ticket must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce a written statement and identification in advance or in person on the event day itself. In both cases a £5.00 per ticket administrative charge will be applied.
Should circumstances dictate that the opposition are unable to tour, ECB and Hampshire Cricket Ltd reserve the right to substitute opposition of International status.
All International tickets are sent approximately 14 days prior to the match start date. Tickets purchased within 5 working days of the match must be collected on the match day and will only be issued to the original purchaser, who must provide proof of address and a booking reference. Tickets cannot be collected prior to the match day.
If tickets are purchased by someone living overseas they must select tickets to be collected on the day. Collectors will need to bring ID or proof of purchase to acquire their tickets.
A booking fee of £1.50 will be applied to each individual ticket purchased.
