Hampshire Cricket College

Please note, Hampshire Cricket College will not be accepting any intake of students for the academic year commencing September 2021.

Launched in September 2016 in conjunction with our education provider SCL, the Hampshire Cricket College is a unique opportunity for 16-18 year olds to study a BTEC in sport whilst training their cricket skills.

A combination of eight hours of sport and 14 hours of education in our onsite classrooms ensure a balanced educational experience for the students. Our BTEC tutor guides the students through the various modules over the course of the two-year programme, preparing the students for a career in the sports industry; a degree at university; an apprenticeship; plus, many more opportunities.

The Hampshire Cricket College is the alternative to college that many keen sportsmen and women are looking for, and it's all government funded!

Cricket courses on offer are led by cricketing experts and all on site at the world-class facilities at the Ageas Bowl. For more information about the cricketing aspect or to learn more about the educational side of the course, please use the links below or contact sam.bracey@ageasbowl.com
