Hampshire has been fortunate enough to be called home by some of the finest cricketers to have played the County game across the years, from some of the finest imports this country has seen in Roy Marshall, Gordon Greenidge, Malcolm Marshall, Barry Richards and Shane Warne to England's adopted sons such as Robin Smith and finally to homegrown heroes in the form of Colin Ingleby-Mackenzie, Richard Gilliat and Derek Shackleton.
